My friend had a procedure done here, and honestly, the experience was disappointing. The staff didn’t seem very attentive, and the results were not what was promised. I would strongly suggest taking this as a warning and doing thorough research before choosing this place.

WARNING: Misleading promises and zero support I specifically asked for a much larger size during all consultations and was promised exactly that. However, the result is much smaller and not what we discussed. Post-surgery communication was non-existent until I complained online, which is when they finally sent my paperwork. Unprofessional and misleading—I do not recommend this clinic at all.

I traveled from the UK on April 1st for a DHI transplant, but the experience was rushed and the communication was incredibly poor. I’m very disappointed with the lackluster aftercare and disorganized staff, so I strongly recommend looking for a more professional clinic.

I believe transparency and accountability really matter in healthcare, but seeing responses from Badge Health Clinic questioning whether reviewers are real patients feels quite dismissive. I’ve had my own disappointing experience too, and reactions like this honestly make me hesitant to share it publicly, as a more understanding approach would build far more trust.

Unless the quality of care and communication improves at Badge Health Clinic, it’s only natural that more patients will feel the need to share less positive experiences.

While everything may look professional at first, my experience raised concerns. Negative reviews often seem to be dismissed with “not our patient,” which makes it harder to fully trust the feedback.

Some positive reviews also feel overly similar, which is something to keep in mind. I’m not saying all of them are inaccurate, but it’s worth questioning. Do your own research and don’t rely only on ratings. My experience was not a positive one.

I’m not happy with the results of my hair transplant. A few months have passed, and unfortunately, it hasn’t met my expectations. I also noticed that when negative feedback is shared, it doesn’t always seem to stay visible for long, which makes the overall reviews a bit difficult to fully rely on.

I’m honestly a bit skeptical about the positive reviews here. Some of them feel overly polished and similar, almost as if they were written by the same person or encouraged in some way.

Ich bin bei meiner Recherche auf Badge Clinic gestoßen und fand zunächst alles sehr professionell. Die Kommunikation verlief anfangs gut, insbesondere bei der Besprechung von Preisen und Zahlungen. Sobald ich jedoch Fragen zu Änderungen und möglichen Rückerstattungen hatte, wurde die Sache deutlich undurchsichtiger. Die Antworten waren verzögert und wenig hilfreich, was die ganze Erfahrung frustrierend machte. Es wirkte nicht so transparent, wie ich es erwartet hatte. Daher rate ich anderen, sich Zeit zu nehmen, detaillierte Fragen zu stellen und vorsichtig zu sein, bevor sie Zahlungen leisten.

After paying a deposit and later cancelling, getting a refund has been frustratingly delayed with no clear solution, which has significantly affected my trust.

Unfortunately, my experience with Badge Health hasn’t been positive.
