I used B&C for a number of years to let and manage my property. The experience has been great. The letting team worked efficiently to find me quality tenants and the property management team has been a great help to resolve all sorts of property problems swiftly. When I decided to sell the property, it is natural to go with this good agent. Again, service was excellent. The sale process was long these days but the sale manager Tiffany was excellent in managing the whole process with effective communication with all parties. The completion of sale can’t happen with her.

Overall, highly recommended agent for both letting and sale!
