Amazing experience and really nice friendly staff

This is a literal scam company! You pay on booking, they take your payment then cancel your appointment. Promise a refund which never comes. Absolutely shocked and appalled at this company, disgraceful way to treat pregnant women.

It took several days to get in touch with someone in the first place. When I finally managed to speak to someone and paid for a voucher, I was told it would be sent that afternoon. I had to chase it up multiple times and eventually received it several days later.

My friend then booked an appointment using the voucher and was very disappointed with the experience. Despite having a scheduled appointment, she was left waiting in the waiting room for over an hour before being seen. Once called in, the scan felt extremely rushed and lasted only around 10 minutes from start to finish. To make matters worse, the printer was broken, so no printed images were provided.

Overall, the customer service and experience fell well below expectations, and I would not recommend this service based on our experience.

Prior to my appointment at the Sheffield location, I specifically requested a standard scan and made it clear that I did not want a 4D scan. The staff were friendly and welcoming; however, my appointment was scheduled for 1:30pm and I was not seen until 2:06pm.

The website states that street parking is available, but upon arrival we were asked whether we had parked in the clinic’s car park, which was confusing.

During the scan, the room door was left open, which felt unprofessional and impacted my privacy. Despite my request for a standard scan only, a 4D/5D scan was still shown. I left feeling disappointed with the overall experience. The sonographer moved the scanner around frequently, making it difficult to get a clear view of my baby, and very little information was provided about the baby’s wellbeing. Apart from being told the baby’s gender, we received no additional details or reassurance about how the baby was doing.

We were also charged an extra £5 simply to have the TV backlight reveal the baby’s gender for a few seconds, which did not feel like good value.

Overall, I would not return to this clinic or recommend it to others who are looking for a thorough scan experience and meaningful information about their baby.

My experience was very good. They explained every detail of the baby very thoroughly during the scan. Even the smallest things were described carefully. I also did not have to wait too long for the scan.

We recently visited your Wakefield branch for the 4D scan and heartbeat bear package, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing.
The sonographer was running late, which we were told is quite common. When we were finally seen, the appointment felt rushed and the quality of the service was very poor. We only received 2 of the 6 images included in the package, and even those were of such low quality that there wouldn’t have been 6 usable ones to choose from anyway. The selection of bears was also very limited, and the recorded heartbeat was barely recognisable.
After leaving, we realised we hadn’t been given the USB, so we returned to collect it. The staff member at reception seemed quite disorganised and unsure. When we got home and checked the USB, we found not only the poor-quality images but also that the video, meant to be included in the package was missing. There was no wellbeing check or report either.
Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Dating scan was told heartbeat there, 2nd scan told no heartbeat - been asking for a refund since january 15th for the gender scan and keep getting the reponse of someone will be in touch within 7 days - still no answer
During the time it was confirmed that it was a moaler pregnancy to which there wouldnt of been a heartbeat at that forst scan
I think the service we as a family have been given is shocking

Really friendly staff and great environment.

The lady who did the scan was so friendly. Baby was refusing to move but she carried on and got the gender. She wasn’t able to get very good pictures for us so invited us back 2 weeks later to see if we could get better ones. Great service!

The clinic being authentic.

I had such a lovely experience at Baby Ultrasound Clinic Bolton. I first visited for my 8-week reassurance scan and later returned for my gender scan, and both appointments were fantastic.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The clinic itself was very clean, calm, and professional, which really helped ease any nerves. During my 8-week scan, the sonographer was so kind and took the time to explain everything clearly, which was really reassuring.

When I came back for my gender scan, the experience was just as wonderful. The atmosphere was exciting and special, and the staff made the moment feel really memorable. They were patient, friendly, and made sure we got some lovely images to take home.

Overall, I would highly recommend Baby Ultrasound Clinic Bolton to any expecting parents. The team are caring, professional, and truly make the experience of seeing your baby extra special. Thank you for such a positive experience!

We love baby ultrasound clinic in Bolton. We have been coming here since 2021 with my first daughter and always talk about our lovely memorable experiences now to her about the lovely scan lady and she used to always call her cheeky baby and she was just SO lovely. She makes you feel at ease and has a giggle with you! Now we are on our second pregnancy with our 2nd baby girl & it’s still the same lovely lady carrying out the scan and we feel welcomed every time we walk through the door. It’s a lovely cosy environment & the scans are really good value for money and they always have different offers on which is fab! All the staff we have encountered at the Bolton clinic have been super friendly, approachable and helpful. We are looking forward to our next few scans coming up at the clinic. Definitely highly recommend.

The most amazing comforting clinic! Receptionist makes you feel so welcome as soon as you enter, reassurance is amazing and answers any questions you have. Sonographer is also amazing and answers any questions you have also, makes sure you leave with the best pictures of the baby and detailed report of how baby is getting on. Highly recommend❤️

We had our gender scan done for the first time at the Bangor clinic and cannot express how wonderful our experience was, my son (1 years old) even got to experience seeing his sibling on the big screen! 🥰 staff were amazing with us throughout! We even got a cheeky view in 3D which was incredible !! Highly recommended !
