First the good, the customer service was very good. Good communication and a quick reply to queries. My wall dimensions did not suit the mural my daughter wanted, and so it needed to be adjusted. They did their best to accommodate me. Shipping was quick once ordered and the mural well packaged.

The image is lovely and my daughter is so excited to have her unicorn and fairy mural.

I ordered the adhesive vinyl, but if I was ever to order again I'd definitely go with the wallpaper and paste option, the sticky vinyl is just too fiddly to put up. It's taken me hours and it's not finished yet. If you need to make adjustments you can, but you need to be pretty quick. Even taking a lot of care, I ended up stretching the vinyl.

I lined up the strips and anchored them in place with masking tape, in two places, and even with two of us doing it there was still a gap between the strips by the time I got to the bottom. By then, no adjustments could be made because the top half was stuck to the wall. I imagine it would be infinitely easier to adjust the wallpaper by sliding it into the correct position.

We were meticulous about butting the strips up to each other.
The next morning after the paste dried, the strips shrunk enough that we can see a thin line of separation between them. From a distance it's not noticeable, but up close it's noticeable.

The finished product shrunk even after following the instructions down to exact detail. The depiction on line was true to the finished product. It is beautiful. I will have to find a way to paint the slivers of white wall that are between the sections.

Wow! Great service, delivery and the wallpaper is fantastic. We bought wallpaper murals from different companies as my three children wanted different themes: Star Wars etc Great that you can choose exact size and flip the image. The decorator said the wallpaper from Azutura was the best quality and easiest to put up our of the three. My daughter loves her cherry blossom unicorn! Now ready to be framed. Thanks! Andrew.
