I cannot express enough gratitude for the life-changing care I received at Ayru Villa Ayurvedic Center. After suffering from excruciating sciatica and severe eczema for years, and finding no relief through conventional Western treatments, I decided to explore alternative options. That's when I found Ayru Villa.

From the moment I had my initial consultation with Dr. Suja, I felt hopeful for the first time in years. Dr. Suja's expertise and compassion were evident as she prescribed a personalized course of treatments tailored to my conditions. My massage therapist, Sundeep, provided exceptional care and skill, making each session not only therapeutic but also deeply relaxing.

What truly sets Ayru Villa apart is their dedication to their patients' well-being. Both Dr. Suja and Sundeep called daily to assess my progress and made necessary adjustments to my treatment plan. Their unwavering commitment ensured that I received the best possible care.

Today, I am completely healed of my eczema, and my sciatica pains are a thing of the past. I can walk and stand without discomfort, and I sleep peacefully without the relentless itching that plagued me for so long.

Since I discovered this little Indian gem, I am recommending this place to many stressed friends. Their Ayurveda massages and treatments are proper Keralan, and they bring all the oils, bundles, medicines and essences from India, which confirms its authenticity.
I specially love my lovely masseuse, Chitra, who knows how to fully release tension and wisely restore vital energy with heat, movement, scented medicated oils and a friendly smile.
Definitely, I believe that Ayur Villa has made a positive change in my weekly workload, and recharges my batteries every time I go and disconnect. Is like visiting India for an hour! And I have only tried one of their many services available, including medical advice.
There is free customer parking at the entrance, which is really useful as it is located in a busy area.

Have loads issues with my feet a very good friend treated me to this place.It was exactly what I needed very relaxing and the person who give me the pedicure and facial Ranjeet was a god send beautiful inside and out and it seemed like I've known her forever.

Dr. Suja Lakshmi. M., full body massage was amazing helped relaxed my muscles and catered to my needs. Thank you for a great experience.

Ranjeet, did my facial and pedicure, her knowledge and experience really showed. She really made you feel like you were having VIP treatments, most definitely recommend. So caring in nature and genuinely showed how much she loved carrying out the treatments.

I’ve been coming here for massages for years. I’ve enjoyed every massage that I’ve had, the therapy rooms are clean and massages are fabulous. I enjoy the herbal bundle massage the most. Staff are all polite and efficient although I don’t always get offered water afterwards but can I can help myself from water cooler. I would recommend here.

I brought my mum in today for a Massarge and was not impressed. We went into room no 3 and it was left in a state from previous use. There was a very horrible smell and just a mess. Ranjit asked us to wait in reception while she sorted the room out.
Ranjit was extremely kind and her message for my mum was amazing. I would highly recommend Ranjit.

and that's exactly what I got!! This place is absolutely wonderful , staff are amazing i had a lady called Asha, friendly, reliable and excellent. Definitely recommend this place to family and friends. I was so relaxed and it was so worth it. Thankyou!!!

I got a massage from Paris , she was very friendly and made me feel so comfortable, it was my first massage and my muscles were very tense , Paris was very gentle with my painful areas and suggested hot stone , I really appreciated her good advice and her hard work , well done Paris , please keep up the good work .

Prior to seeing Dr Krishna, I had acid reflux, heartburn and severe gastritis pain for 3-4 years. In February this year, I was hospitalised with extremely severe stomach pains with turned out to be H Pylori. I was given meds and sent home with no real relief.

I went to see Dr Krishna at Ayur Villa mid April after several recommendations.

During my first appointment, I had a full body massage with a focus on my abdomen. When the doctor touched my stomach, I couldn't bear the pain. She told me about the inflammation and tenderness and noted it down so that it could be addressed at future appointments.

I also had a consultation in which a medical history was taken. Dr Krishna gave my diet a complete overhaul. I was to cut out all meat and meat products. I was in so much pain at this stage, that I was willing to try anything. I was also given a strict regimen of healthy foods to take on a daily basis with timings. The doctor worked with me to see what would work best for me and my lifestyle. She wanted me to be able to fully embrace this diet change. She also prescribed some herbal medicines at this stage and when I went away and researched, there was a lot of information of how these medicines could help somebody like me.

For two weeks I stuck to this diet religiously. I then went back to see Dr Krishna with no real improvement. She then changed some of the medicines around and sent me away again.

Two weeks later, I returned in tears. This strict diet was not working. Why wasn't I feeling better. The doctor touched my stomach again and the awful pain I had all over was almost all better. She reassured me that it will take time to heal the damage done over the years.

I continued with the diet and continued to meet the doctor either every two weeks or every four weeks for a consultation. In between, when I needed to speak with her, I could do over the telephone. I know I am a long way from being fully healed but completely understand the nature of Ayurvedic medicine. I have slipped up here and there but am confident that I am on the road to recovery.

I am more than 60% better now and I can now see an end in sight.

I had a bundle massage with RK today and it was truly a relaxing experience. From the head to toe the full 55 mins were well worth it. RK has special technique and all I would say is I was really relaxed. Will definetly book again.

I booked and paid for a 45 min massage with Leijo. I was warned to check the time before and at the end, which I did. Massage started at 10:08 after I got changed and finished at 10:47. She overcharged for the amount of time and when we called up after the appointment, the receptionist said the manager wasn't in, said there were cameras to check and then hung up.

No comparison with any other place I’ve been to, outstanding customer service, Louise the therapist provided a absolutely fantabulous service.

Just went to have my first relaxing spa massage as a birthday present and I can honestly say this was the best present, as soon as I walked in I felt welcomed with politeness.

Tried calling up to book in for a treatment but the receptionist seemed to be in a great rush - she started saying 'bye' to end the phone call while I was speaking. She also did not seem to be listening to the questions that I was asking because I had to repeat simple information and questions many times.

When I spoke to the Doctor, she was even worse - she first ended the call when I was trying to speak to her. When I called back, after a few questions, she passed the phone back to the receptionist while I was still speaking?! I honestly did not expect such rudeness. I understand that they must be quite busy but simple manners are not a lot to ask for. I will definitely not be booking any appointments here. If they treat me like this during the phone call, I can't imagine how they must be during the actual appointments and treatment!

The doctor is definitely someone I would NOT feel safe or comfortable around based on her behaviour during the phone call. Very unprofessional!

A mega thank you to Dr Krishna at the Ayur Villa for resolving my elderly mothers severe psoriasis, with excessive swelling to both her legs and feet. After a good five plus months of being referred from one specialist to another through the NHS, and having very little effect we decided to try an alternative. Within just two weeks of receiving treatment at Ayur Villa, the results were remarkable to the point that you could not think the before and after pictures of the condition were of the same person. If only we had sought help from Ayur Villa earlier, mother would not have had to suffer for so many months. The treatment itself was very simple to follow & administer. Dr Krishna, at the very first consultation reassured us that the condition was treatable. Additionally to further relieve us from worry Dr Krishna advised us to continue with the NHS prescribed medication alongside her own prescribed treatment. The total cost of the full treatment including the initial consultation was very reasonable, with further consultations not being chargeable, albeit a very reasonable outlay was required for further treatment/ Ayurveda medications.
In conclusion, I would highly recommend Dr Krishna at the Ayur Villa and would strongly encourage suffers of this debilitating condition not to suffer in silence, but to seek help from this friendly & remarkable establishment.

When complaints raised had no response to emails, but website FAQs were altered. No apology.
Allotted time for massages were cut short.
Shower was accessible through treatment room full of boxes piled high.
Therapists were pleasant and massage was reasonable.
