BEWARE - THEY ARE SWINDLERS
I had several no-issue experiences with Awesome Merch before my latest order - but what other reviewers are saying in here is true. Since changing their name, they have employed disgusting bait and switch tactics to evade fulfilling their customer orders and using the confusion to pocket the cash and run. Don’t let them give you the run around - threaten litigation if they do not refund you immediately. This is shameless and disgusting, and there is absolutely no excuse for it.

Run the other way. I placed an order over a year ago for £2000 and never saw a single thing from it. Endless emails that led nowhere, and a phone line that was always dead I spent months getting absolutely nowhere, only to eventually be greeted with an email stating they had gone into administration and I could join a claim for 1p per pound owed. I am a small business and this was crippling. Luckily through my bank I was finally able to get a refund based on the fraudulent nature of Awesomemerch. Please don't risk your money, there are plenty of other fantastic companies many of which will price match.
A waste of time and money.
UPDATE: I received an email on the 4th of August informing me that they have indeed ceased trading.
Placed a 5 day delivery order in June and surprisingly everything arrived ok, a few postcards were damaged but other than that I was impressed and it looked like things had definitely improved over the last year.
Now jump to my most recent order that was placed on the 24th of July, I had thought after my first order in over a year that Awesome Merchandise had improved but nope, things are still as bad as it was last year.
I placed a £600+ order for postcards, prints, stickers etc. Although they arrived quickly and almost everything was fine, the postcards are an absolute mess. For some reason they've added a 1cm+ thick border around all of the designs, some of the postcards are damaged, a large number of them have bashed in corners and loads of them have print errors, which includes faint designs. Some of them are so damaged around the edges that they look like they're actually really old postcards with worn down edges.
Now I used the same file I sent in before, with no edits apart from adding 4 more designs, making it a total of ten postcard designs. I assumed as it was the exact same file, I would receive the exact same postcards but nope instead i've received 5000 postcards that are a complete mess, thick borders, print errors, damaged edges and corners and as I ordered 5000 over 10 designs, I assumed I would receive 500 of each... which to no surprise wasn't the case at all. Some designs I have over a 100 more of and others way less than 500. It's like they just chucked the designs into the printer, pressed a random quantity and left it at that.
I also received no emails to confirm proof, apart from for the stickers. I ordered bookmarks too and they cut off my watermark from the base of each design, so now if these are sold, my branding is no longer on them.
I then contacted them through live chat and was told I can't be helped and that I would need to leave my details and I would receive a reply within 24 hours... it's now been 3 days and apart from a confirmation that they received my email, i've had no update. Their phone numbers don't work as they're conveniently having maintenance right now (as told by the live chat rep) and now today their website no longer works. One of my parcels also arrived taped up and heavily damaged, I had assumed this might be a UPS issue, but can see from a review below that it's happened to another customer too... clearly wrapping damaged boxes before being sent.
I will be happy to change this review if my issue is resolved but as my order is for an extremely important client, that Awesome Merchandise could now ruin for me, I cannot see it changing any time soon and I wouldn't be surprised if the website is down because they've finally shut down operations.

A simple problem which could have been solved by either altering the pin-hole placement, or asking me to adjust the text size.
Sent another business' cards TWICE!
I'd give them more stars because they've performed well in the past, but I ordered some business cards and stickers recently for a business event I'm going to in only 2 weeks time. I ordered these with AM 5 weeks ago so well ahead of time and I still haven't received them at all, or in good condition. The stickers got lost with royal mail, and a completely destroyed and cling-filmed package turned up at my door with ripped and bent stickers in. Then I received 2 WHOLE LOTS of completely wrong business cards that weren't even for my business. I've even had to personally contact, and pay for these to be sent to the RIGHT business owner because she never received any of hers. Where the hell mine are, I don't know.. but I need them ASAP. I was told after the first incident this happened, that someone would personally check that they're correct and that they're my cards and yet I've received the wrong ones again - I honestly don't know how this keeps happening. They've asked for proof of the wrong cards each time which I've sent, and still send me the exact same ones, again. It even got to the point, I had to resend artwork in my complaint email in a last bit to actually get mine sent to me. Waste of £38.

Better than I hoped!
I ordered with some trepidation after reading recent reviews on here, but my stickers arrived quickly (faster than some from Sticker Mule that I ordered at the same time) and are exactly what I wanted. No issues with the ordering process. I'm hoping that they'll bring back the greater range or products they had in the past.

Quick response to problem
Although there was originaly a problem with my order to begin with, they were printed onto the wrong card, I am going to give 5 stars due to the excellent customer service I received from Nisha. She sorted it out very quickly and the cards were redone in a fast turnaround. Very pleased with the quality and colours are lovely. Thank you

Sad to say that Awesome has gone badly…
Sad to say that Awesome has gone badly downhill over the last year or so. Used to be a very quick turnaround on items, good customer service and decent prices.
Now prices are higher, turnaround times are extremely slow, the website is slow and ridiculously buggy and customer service is basically non-existent.
Tried to order 100 t-shirts a week ago. Website crashed multiple times trying to order them. When I finally got a payment to go through I then find 3 orders in my account with two cancelled. Then a week later Awesome cancel the one order that had been paid for without even emailing me to let me know. I had to log back in and check on my account to see this. Were Awesome just planning on keeping my money and not fulfilling?
Time to find a new supplier.

We came to awesome merchandise with a repeat order with a very tight deadline to meet. They did the job well, delivered on time to an alternative address and the quality of the goods is excellent!!! Could not be happier.

After a few bumpy months with Awesome…
After a few bumpy months with Awesome Merch it seems things have gone more or less back to normal, so I wanted to add a positive review to that effect!
To start with the little negatives - their current turnaround for printed matter is slow (8-10 days vs the 5-8 advertised). I asked the customer service agent (on the chat) if I could rush my order, but she had little to no information on this front (couldn’t give me an estimate of when my work might be approved by the team for example) and was adamant that a rush was not possible.
However, I received help from Andy and Brad over email, who organised a rush order for me very quickly. The order arrived the same week via UPS, and everything is up to the same quality I had grown to trust but had missed the last year or so.
Overall, it seems like AM are still getting back on their feet and are probably a bit short-staffed, and their customer service team could do with being a bit more in the loop, but the product is good and if you can get hold of someone actually on the ground then they are really helpful and efficient, and excellent value for money. Thanks!

Avoid. Poor and inaccurate communication
Waited a month for the small order to be fulfilled. Sent multiple emails requesting for information, no reply. Tried to call, phone number disconnected / not available. Sent webforms requesting for information. No reply. Eventually sent an email and webform to cancel and refund. Communication ignored, order dispatched within a day or so after refund request (month late). Then got a follow up email saying order dispatched but no dispatch email or tracking, and I have had to fulfill the order elsewhere. Will not now cancel the order or refund. Avoid this company. Something seems to be up with it and it is not to be trusted. Especially when you cannot get replies to emails and no phone number will connect or is readily available.

Regarding the reply below. It’s a shame that we have to leave negative reviews like this to receive a response. There isn’t a lot of point anymore, won’t be using you again in the future. Plenty of other suppliers out there.
I can see from this thread many other people have received a very similar experience recently with the company.

Don't do it!!! These people are crooks!!
This company is the absolute worst. RUN!!!!! Buy your own printer! Sew your own tshirts! Slow. Late. Don't respond to emails. Phone number doesn't work. Dodgy dodgy dodgy!
Response to reply: Your reply clearly aims to discredit my review. You did not provide a way to send my order number. As I mentioned above, your phone number does not work and your email responses are slow and unhelpful, I have made many attempts to contact you and seek a resolution. My order number is 609-SO405985. I am still waiting for my leaflets with a date printed on them- every day that goes by and I don't have them, they are more and more likely to end up in the bin.
And an update: I received the leaflets, they have the wrong artwork. I received the stamp, also has the wrong artwork. I can't use either of these. The stickers are fine. I am yet to hear from 'Awesome Merchandise'.

Placed two orders, arrived three days apart
Placed two orders, literally minutes apart. Arrived three days apart, one missing my event completely even though I ordered with 10 days for it to be made and dispatched. Wished I went to vista print instead Customer service is appalling. Avoid at all costs.

Very pleased
I ordered items for an event. I placed the order at late notice and I wasn't hopeful of actually receiving them on time. However, Awesome Merch pulled out all the stops and I received the items within days of artwork approval. I was so pleased. I had difficulties with this firm in the past, like other customers and was very frustrated by their lack of communication. I decided to give them another shot and it paid off. I will continue to use Awesome Merchandise in the future.

My order was placed through Print.Inc (another name of Awesome Merchandise) I don't know what is going on within this company but it seems to lack any sort of empathy or regard for its customers and their money and for their own reputation as a business.
After having one order with them (which had issues throughout, including stock not being ordered and consequently then being out of stock to missed deliveries and half the order not being printed correctly). When this order did eventually arrive the print was of decent quality.
From this I decided to give them another shot, I wish I hadn't. A weeks delay in getting proofs over meant the order was taking longer than necessary and I feared the same would happen as before. I was offered to cancel the order and have a refund which I accepted.
For the next two weeks I had to chase my refund constantly, after accepting that I wasn't going to receive it and a threat of further action I did finally get the refund.
Everything is a chore, things need to be chased constantly, email communication can take days/weeks and the phone line is constantly on an engaged tone.
There are plenty of other merch companies to use, I would recommend staying clear of these as I'm sorry to say that I wouldn't trust them with my money ever again.
