I bought an Avantree Roadtrip through Amazon. It’s utter rubbish! I used it to phone my daughter 12 miles away and she couldn’t hear half of what I said. I had to pull off the road to continue the discussion on my iPhone and disconnect the Roadtrip.
For some reason Amazon won’t allow me to post this review and I can only assume they want good reviews. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I’m sending this thing back.

Waste of time creating a service ticket as they don’t respond in timely manner without you initiating contact again. They will not honour pre-purchase pricing and insinuate you were mistaken.
Look elsewhere if service or support is important to you.
Ho acquistato le cuffie mod. HT41899
Ho acquistato il modello HT41899 a giugno 2021. Le doppie cuffie(1 nera,1 rossa). Il primo difetto che ho subito riscontrato è stato che la nera genera un volume più basso della rossa. Ho deciso di usare quest'ultima. Ho scritto alla casa produttrice, la soluzione propostami non ha risolto il problema. In questi giorni ho notato che il rivestimento dei 2 cuscinetti auricolari e quello del cerchietto si sta sfaldando. Ho scritto alla casa produttrice e mi ha riferito che possono essere sostituiti solo i cuscinetti! Morale: ne vale la pena? Per curiosità ho controllato anche la cuffia nera(mai usata) si sta cominciando a sfaldare anche quella! Peccato perché la durata della batteria è soddisfacente.

Unprofessional Support Service
I just received the Opera Plus. Today August 19 at 5.20 pm I called the support phone number and had a Lady answering my call. First she never introduced herself or even say Good afternoon and 2 minutes into the call while I am asking a question she hung up on me. During the call I felt she had other things to do as I didn’t have her attention. I paid $165 and I get this substandard service.
Prior to this call I called at 4.45 pm and I was asked by the automated recording to leave my name, phone number and email. Also after the insulting call at 5.28 pm left a voicemail with the same information and no one ever returned my call.
Additionally if you have a soundbar and the TV's optical is used for another connection, all the other wires in the box do not connect the sound to Headphones
I'll let you decide if this product is good for you!
Excellent & fast service
I had a pair of their Sports Ear Buds, and the right ear went dead. I noticed they had a 2 year guarantee. I bought them on Amazon so was easy to see how long I had them........1 month to go on the Guarantee. I wrote them and they replied quickly with a Voucher for a new set. Excellent and fast service.

Really poor quality. Broke within 4 months. Can’t get through to customer support. Best avoided if possible

Avantree assigned me one contact person "R", who has been very communicative and proactive in helping me resolve my headphone issues. I am taken back by how personal and constructive the help has been.

My product does not work. In trying to obtain a label for return/refund, I keep getting the run-around. I just want to return it and get my money refunded. WHY is it SOOOO difficult?
They act deliberately obtuse. Don't buy from these people.

I had bought the set about 11 months ago and when I enquired about just buying the headphones ( I had broken them) , I was sent , FREE, new headphones.
She went over and above to help me. Well done Avantree in your choice of customer service personnel.
I purchased an Avantree Bluetooth TV…
I purchased an Avantree Bluetooth TV headphone set. After 3 months the transmitter began to malfunction and I had to recycle the power to get it working. It finally would not power up. I called support for my 2 year warranty. They grilled me with questions, and passed the issue around. I finally got it working and told them so. The support said he would get them to send another transmitter. After several days, they emailed me saying that if it happened again, take a video and send it to them so they could try and figure out the problem. So much for their 2 year warranty. I would not buy it again.
I purchased the Audikast Plus on Amazon
I purchased the Audikast Plus Transmitted and the TWS116 earphones from Avantree. Both were easy to set up with excellent instructions. Registration was a easy, however when I registered the ear phones it did not immediately go through. Received an email from their support people that my registration was confirmed. 24 months warranty, 24/7 tech support. Customer service is the best by far especially in this day and age of farmed out customer service.

Days as it was an auto generated shipping response. Never the less they kept their word. So I am happy this was resolved. Despite the slow response time via email.
Avantree Customer Service
Bought an Avantree product from Amazon then tried to register it for the extended warranty on the Avantree website. As it wasn't purchased direct, Avantree has to verify the purchase so you get an automated response to expect another e-mail within 48hrs. That deadline expired 5 days ago.
Bought a headset for work
Bought a headset for work. Bluetooth keeps dropping. off. Cable for headset is very short so not ideal. When connected, good product.
Goods more than 5 MONTHS late and still waiting
Pre-ordered a bluetooth speaker system in January 2022, with delivery due in April 2022. April came an went, my order didn't materialise, Avantree didn't bother contacting me regarding the delay, so I contacted then. After several days I got an extremely curt reply telling me to expect delivery six weeks later. No explanation, no apology. I left it another 8 weeks, still no delivery, contacted tham again, only to be told delivery would be by end of August. Again no explanation nor apology. End of August came and went, still no delivery. Been told to expect delivery in September, but I'm not holding my breath. Will never use this company again and would advise against anyone else using them. They are disreputable, dishonest, and don't give a cr*p about customer service.
Super customer support great product
I’ve bought Avantree Aria Me headphones which allow you to input a profile based on your hearing difficulties. I’ve found them really good to compensate for my deafness. The best thing about Avantree as a company though is their customer service which is the best of any firm I have dealt with. The odd problems I have had have been sorted out immediately and they go the extra mile to ensure you are happy.

I bought an Avantree headset as a gift for my brother-in-law more than a year ago, and it has worked very well. When the the headphone was accidentally broken recently, Avantree not only replaced it free of charge, but also followed up to help him figure out how to activate it, and checked back several times to make sure it was working. Avantree customer service was way above and beyond what one expects these days.
18 months with their Aria Pro headset
Bought their Aria Pro headset after lots of research, they seemed to strike a good combination of features for the price. I've been very happy with them these past 18 months, watching TV late at night and taking the odd phone call while walking.
To top it off, the earpad material started to come off just recently, while replacement ones are only $20, which is reasonable, I was covered under their 2-year warranty, so got a new pair sent to me without complaint.
