The Dorset swing seat is an impressive quality made product at a good price. Very comfortable and perfect addition to our garden. Great service from purchase to delivery.

Gorgeous console table, looks absolutely fabulous. Beautifully designed with the reclaimed wood and the grey metal. Draws open and close easily. Just perfect all over.

In fact this was the third Multibrackets swing arm bracket I've bought (last one for my son) It's the only bracket I could find that lets you position the TV oriented towards the viewer, and yet easily fold back against the wall (or in one case effectively disappear into an alcove. It's incredibly solid, with a really smooth yet easy movement. The [presentation is great even before you put it up with everything you'll need beautifully included. A really good product.

I needed a TV Stand with specific sizes due to the shape of my lounge and my oversized amp and equipment etc. These guys had lots to choose from and answered my questions well. Delivery was quick and I have no complaints.

I ordered a coffee table which was, unfortunately, out of stock. I was contacted by Jonathan Kings immediately, asking if I would be prepared to wait around 6 wks. I said that I was ok with this. He then placed the order with Bauhaus. Three wks later I realised the table would be one too many items of furniture for my lounge. Yesterday I asked if it was too late to cancel the order. Email received this morning advising that the order had been cancelled and a refund had been issued.
Their customer service is second to none and I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

I purchased a Portland Office chair in October 2020, which, within a few weeks, developed a fault with the gas lift mechanism. After several weeks, and several replacement parts being provided, the chair has unbelievably developed yet another fault with the back support adjustment mechanism.
The chair is clearly not fit for purpose and is now completely unusable - as it is now so far permanently-reclined as to causes back strain.
I have therefore requested a full refund - which has so far not been forthcoming.
The issue appears to have been strangely 'palmed-off' by AV4Home to the manufacturer Teknik - odd, seeing as the contract of sale is clearly between me and AV4Home as the retailer.
Therefore, I shall be looking to recover my full outlay for this sub-standard product from AV4Home via the Small Claims Court process unless this is resolved and a full refund is provided soon.
Unless you want all of this hassle too, I'd strongly suggest you avoid purchasing any similar products from this company.

I searched for this particular desk and although there were cheaper around - this company had the fastest shipping - and indeed it did!! The desk arrived within 24 hours of payment!! Will certainly use you guys again when I need something urgently!!

Bought the Apollo Storm 6 Shelf Units back in August 2020.

Was the best price for them anywhere online. Took a bit longer than usual to deliver because the shelf’s are despatched direct from the manufacture & not kept in stock but the website stated that so was happy to wait.

Most other suppliers of these shelf’s don’t kept them in stock either.

Would recommend & use again.

What a useless company, waited a week after placing my order to tell me there wasn’t the TV unit I ordered in stock then only after I emailed a week later to see why I still hadn’t had a refund they replied they thought they had already done it. Slap face emoji!

I do not like to give 5 stars in generall, but to give "good" is regarded as if something was wrong. Nothing was wrong, I had chosen and paid, they delivered. End. Just good service.

Great product and great customer service, arrived 2 days later in perfect condition.

We recently bought a TV unit for our new home which we picked up from the showroom (ex-display). It wasn't right so we wanted to return it. Trying to arrange that was difficult enough - they didn't want it back! After numerous calls and emails, we managed to arrange a date to suit them. They did state that they would charge us £50 for the pleasure - one I wanted to discuss face to face. The decision maker wasn't there so I had to either wait another week or get a partial refund and speak with him a week later. I wasn't willing to leave them with my money any longer and made it clear I expected the remaining £50 refund a week later. For the past 2 weeks they have given meaningless answers as to why they won't provide a full refund and have been particularly poor to deal with.
Steer clear if I was you - happy to take your money, not so happy to be available for returns or refund you your hard earned money! Daylight robbery and one I will pursue until concluded with the return of my £50.

Ordered the item 0n 20/08/20 in the afternoon and it was here the next day at 8:00am.
You simply can't get better than that......!!!

Trying to get a refund for item that TNT failed to deliver. Only offered partial refund. Complete joke. Wouldn't reccomend at all

Edit, 20/08. Opened a PayPal dispute who opened a case. Case was then closed in my favour. Full refund now processed. Again, avoid this company. Horrible customer service. In breach of Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Took my money but never dispatched my item. They said delivery would take between 4-6 weeks. It's been 6 weeks now and not a single email to tell me where my order is. I've emailed them several times but no one responds. Currently in the process of a refund as I paid with PayPal.

These guys take your money and then lie about having he products in stock. They kept lying to me that the depot should of send it already for almost 3 weeks before telling me that actually the manufacturer didn't have all the materials.
