If i could give them no stars i would, complete cowboys, all very nice when buying the car, but after that forget it.
Bought a Volvo XC60 from them, we was told buy an agent that it had a full service history (it didn't) it also had two keys ( it didn't), we live 140 miles away so we went by their word, once we took delivery of the car which cost us £340, we noticed after a few days we didn't have what was said.
Three weeks later we took the car out on to the motorway and noticed it was jerking and uncomfortable ride, we tried to get intouch but there was no answer from their customer service number, anyway once we eventually got a response we was told to get it checked out through our warrenty company, anyway the car has 4 bad buckled alloys, so we told them about this, and their response is, that we have damaged them while driving back from picking the car up from them, 1 we didn't, it was delivered, so they are trying to put the blame on us, but they are doing this by whatsapp, not even got the decency to call and speak to us, totally disappointed with them and the car now

We bought a Nissan qashqai from them, was told everything was ok with it. Within a couple of weeks things started going wrong with it, they hadn’t done the service prior to us picking up the car either, the car spent 3weeks stuck at Nissan itself as Autozone refused to pay for the work to be done there and wanted us to take it back to them so it would have the work done on a back street garage supposedly 5* rating. Eventually it was done at Nissan but then developed a diesel knock within the engine and we were forced to get rid of it and purchase another vehicle from somewhere else. So I would avoid this car company as they sell their vehicles sold as seen, and don’t like paying out if they go wrong in the first few weeks of purchase. RIP off

Autozone sold me a car with a bogus warranty from a dodgy company. Zero trust!

After 10 months i am finally changing my review.
Initially they are excellent and look after you but once the sales process has finished they dont seem to want to know.
Had issues with the paint work on the car i purchased due to poor previous repair (within a month of purchase) i ended up going through the finance company to reject the car as autozone didnt want to know. And insultingly tried to say made the damage worse to which i didnt
So all in all i wouldnt recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership

Stay clear of this garage. Sold a car to us not fit for purpose with over 12 serious engine faults. Luckily our regular mechanic saw the black smoke at the back of the exhaust and said there is a serious issue with the car. We Informed garage within 30 days paid for a report which they asked us to do and that confirmed the major faults.in the end it broke down and we have been paying for a car that was on our driveway for months. They have been aggressive and now are trying to claim back for a second key when there was no second key given to us and body work damage. A good job we took photos as evidence before it was picked up eventually and have sent to the finance company. We have been financially put out and had to buy a cheap runaround to be able to get to work. The stress this has caused us has been immense. Horrible people

Stopped by Autozone to look for a car and I am impressed a huge variety. I ended up going home with an BMW.

To start positive. The team were very friendly. Very helpful. Customer service cannot be faulted. (Except one point)

However. The car they sold me a 3 series bmw. Went for a test drive. No issues what so ever. However a week later when I’ve picked the car up the bearing had gone on the left hand side. When I went to get this sorted the basic warranty wouldn’t cover this. It barely covers anything. The car has consistently showed issue after issue which the warranty won’t pay for.

The bad part is that the MOT for the car when it was first taken in was a fail and by a fail I mean the whole front end suspension was basically off and multiple other issues. Not once was I told about this and the fact that BMW have recalled the car also. Wouldn’t recommend buying from them

Do not buy a car from these clowns,dirty lying thieves save your money,you would be safer buying from back st dealer,had the cheek to accuse me of sabotaging my own car 2 days after it was delivered,then b4 it was able to be inspected through an independent mechanic to be rejected,they took the car back and hid there deathtrap cars faults b4 the inspection could take place and now expect me to just accept the car back,dodgey dealers don't even come close to describing how bad this firm is

We purchased 2 cars from this dealer one for me and one for my wife, they could not have been more friendly helpful and honest. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole interaction, have had both cars anbout 5 months now and are excellent! Have recommended to friends and would recommend to all.

I bought a car from them 2 months ago. I had to take it to the garage for a problem and have now been told I need a new gearbox or to have this one rebuilt. In their emails they were very dismissive and kept telling me to go through the warranty, the warranty want the garage to send them photos of the damaged INTERNAL components which I've been told will cost £500 on top of their quote. I've found a cheaper one and I've even offered to put some money towards it which I shouldn't have to do but now they've decided to just ignore me. After sales is terrible.

We bought a Kia stonic from Autozone in March and after a few weeks it broke down. We went back to Autozone and they said they would pay for a new battery. We thought this had fixed the problem but after a couple of weeks it wouldn’t start again so we couldn’t go to work.
The next day it did start but then broke down and we were stranded in the new forest. Autozone took it away for 3 weeks to diagnose it and fix the problem. They arranged to collect it and bought it back.
After 3 days of it being back it wouldn’t start again so they said they would pay for a diagnostic test at our local Kia Specialist. We were told that the technician thought it was the starter motor. We advise Autozone who agreed to pay for us to have it replaced.
We are extremely happy to say after all this it was the starter motor and we have now a lovely car to drive.
Although we have had a lot of problems at the start we must say Autozone did do their upmost to right the problem for us and paid for all the work to be done to make it right and we got their in the end.
The staff our very polite and friendly. We all know that sometimes you get problems buying second hand cars but when the customer service is good it helps.

Although this VW caddy maxi life was accurately described which i bought unseen with delivery included after a few days one new tyre was flat for a nail then the battery was dead . The wrong service history came on paper but would not send me the correct paperwork in the post or invoice then I made repeated phone calls to ask for payment for the tyre £140 without successful agreement. So don’t believe in their good after sales claim ! Unprofessional conduct of pass the buck

Great experience with Autozone, went in with one car in mind, they gave me time to look around the car, take it on a test drive without them making it less awkward, that car didnt meet my needs but they did everything they could to help me find a car that suited my budget and requirements, the purchase experience was flawless and they delivered the car only a few days later as I'm local.
