En mi caso me retuvieron un importe de tarjeta de 350 € que en ningún momento me informaron de ello, (en el contrato no lo detalla) al devolverlo me retuvieron 47 € de repostaje cuando solo hice 55 km y previamente me informaron que no se me iba a cobrar nada pues estaba todo incluido, he llamado para reclamarlo y la atención por parte de la delegación central de Menorca (una chica que no voy a nombrar) me atendió con un tono de calorra y barriobajera con un desplate y colgándome el teléfono
Quiero entender que la gente que atiende (algunos) no están lo suficientemente cualificados y preparados para dar la información trasparente y correcta de todos los detalles, porque en mi contrato
de reserva no lo detalla

Vente de l'assurance complètement abusive, j'ai voulu prendre l'option de la caution et ma CB n'était pas acceptée. J'utilise cette CB pour toutes mes location en France pour info.
Après coup j'ai regardé, je ne suis pas la seule à constater cet abus ..

La experiencia de recibir el coche 3 días más tarde sin ninguna resolución fue muy decepcionante. Me sentí completamente ignorada y frustrada por la falta de comunicación y respuesta de la empresa.

I had two recent incidents.
Firstly, the office in Fornells (Menorca) was closed even it was still during opening hours. Because of that, I had to go to Mahon where I wanted to rent a car. I had made the reservation before to be sure, that it is gonna be opened and ready. The booking was made via telephone customer service where I directly asked if my age or the length of holding driving license is ok? (I am 18 years old.) The operator told me twice that there is no problem with that and let me do the booking. When I arrived to rental in Mahon, the woman at the desk told me that the age of my driving license is not long enough. (They want at least 3 years.) I tried to explain her my backstory with call operators from previous days. She called her boss, who had said no, and afterwards she was very offensive and her attitude to me as client was very inappropriate. She kept repeating, that she started working at 3 pm. and it's not her problem. I ended up without the car after very bad communication of the whole company.
I would definitely not recommend Autos Valls for a car rental.

Picking up the car from Menorca Airport was very straightforward. The bus meets you in the car park and takes you directly to the office which is about 10 minutes away.
The checkout process was equally simple.
The car itself was a brand new Fiat Panda, with only 6km on the clock. The fuel policy was stressed by the operative, and I was advised to return the car with the same amount of fuel or there would be charge. I made sure to return the car with slightly more...
On returning the car it was inspected for damage, as you would expect, but it was fine. However, they complained that there was sand in the car and charged me 60 Euros cleaning charge. Whilst I agree that there was a little sand in the car, I would make the following comments:
1 - Menorca is a holiday island, and most people will go to the beaches.
2 - Most people will be in rental properties, so have no access to vacuum cleaners.
3 - The amount of sand was only what you would expect from two adults using a car for two weeks.
4 - On pick-up there was no mention of a cleaning charge, or I would have done what I could.

Interestingly, there was a Valls office just down the road in the resort where we stayed. Almost every time I passed it, there seemed to be somebody there washing and vacuuming the cars ready to hand over to the next customer.
I have rented many cars in Menorca over the years, and have never had an issue like this before. Not a good end to an otherwise perfect holiday.

Hired a car from the airport branch in Mahon. The price was really great which has made me wary in the past but I needn't have worried; the car was excellent, the service was great and the staff went above and beyond when I returned the car. They may be cheap but they are NOT like some of the cheap rip-off merchants I have encountered in other countries. Highly recommended

Tout se passe bien jusqu’au retour quand deux jeunes dames employés trop concentrés sur leurs portables ne vous accueillent pas du tout. Aucun politesse, puis, lors de vérifications du véhicule vous accuse de dommages déjà marqué sur la feuille d’entrée. Je lui demande gentiment de bien vouloir faire son travail correctement et la, elle me menace de trouver des défauts pour me les facturés!
Bravo, elle m’informe ensuite que c’est de toute façon son dernier jour.
Sinon le véhicule était plus que suffisant.
Mais prenez des photos en quantité avant de monter dans le véhicule

Esperienze ottima , abbiamo preso a noleggio un’auto presso l’ufficio di Sou Bou,la ragazza era molto competente, spiegato benissimo ogni dettaglio, parlava benissimo italiano ( io comprendo lo spagnolo ma mi esprimo male )
La prossima volta che ritorniamo a Minorca ci affideremo a loro

I hired a scooter from this company in Cala Galdana. They give you the key and tell you where the scooter will roughly be. They also tell you to return the scooter with the same level of fuel. When I found my scooter it was very dirty so I had to buy some baby wipes to wipe the scooter seat and controls down but the scooter was fine. The fuel guage said 7 bars of fuel as listed on my documents and when I returned the scooter I filled the tank at a nearby station to this level. I returned to the UK to find and payment of €17.90 had been taken from my account so I emailed to ask them why. They told me it was a refueling charge. I sent them a copy of my collection form clearly stating the fuel level was 7 bars when I collected as it was when I returned the scooter. They never answered and I sent further emails no responce. THIS IS NOT AN HONOURABLE COMPANY BEWARE.
I have used many scooter hire companies in Menorca and would not risk this one again.
I was lucky to only loose a small fuel charge I think. Do use a credit card with any transaction with this company and don't expect good service 🤞

Des voleurs, j'ai loué une fiat500 , au moment de prendre la voiture, personne n'a fait le contrôle du véhicule avec moi, sachant que la voiture m'a été fourni dans un état lamentable car plein de poussière et de saleté dû à la pluie plein de boue qui empêchait de voir si il y avait une quelconque rayure. 6 jours passé, je reviens pour rendre la voiture et prendre l'avion, pressé car leur navette ne passe que tous les 20mn, je donne les clefs à un agent qui a ma grande surprise me montre une rayure en dessous du pare-chocs avant invisible au moment de la location, une rayure de 5cm qui était caché par de la saleté.. Je me retrouve avec une facture de réparations de 350€ alors que cette rayure était déjà la. Je vous demande de fuire cette entreprise, ils ne vous feront aucun cadeau, surtout si vous passez par eux, soyez exigent quand vous récupérez le véhicule en vérifiant toute la carrosserie.. Suite à votre message, je rajoute que le véhicule avait 2450km, et que d'autre part une rayure de cette dimension ne coûte pas plus de 100€ à réparer, .. c'est du pure profit que vous faites sir des clients de bonne foi.. je ne vous laisserais m'arnaquer de cette manière.. allez sur votre FB pour régler le problème, je vous ai écris sur vos email personne ne répond, je vais être obligé de faire une denuncia auprès de la police pour récupérer mon argent

We used Autos Valls twice before and were happy. But a company can really be judged only when you need help. This time, we rented a car for 3 weeks and the 3rd week a warning sign went on. As there was no manual in the car, we had to look it up on the internet. It was the warning sign for low tire pressure. We went to check the pressure, but couldn't find the fault and the sign was still on. So we called the number on the contract several times without anyone answering before a lady (agency Cala Galdana) told us she could not understand our problem and we should call the same number a bit later (this was before 6 pm). An email we sent went unanswered. After many more unsuccessful attempts to call the only number available, someone told us that a reset should be done. I do not want to imagine how to get in contact with Auto Valls in case of a breakdown or a serious problem. This company needs to improve their customer service and be reachable rapidly in case of emergency.

This company had only a few reviews on trusted pilot so was a bit apprehensive but found them to be excellent. We hired for a week in Menorca. The car was perhaps slightly smaller than we booked but overall the service etc was great, fast and hassle free. No unexpected charges. Had taken extra insurance at booking but did not need to use it. We had booked via booking.com but will happily do directly as well next time.

Rented a small car for 2 days in July, we were staying in Punta Prima. The car was a basic Punto, it was perfect for us and half the price compared to what our hotel was offering.
I would highly recommend.

Au top ! Nous avons loué une fiât new panda pendant 3 jours pour 75 euros avec assurance tout risque, kms illimités, sans franchise et caution de 100 euros que l'on vous restitue en rendant le véhicule. Aucun problème, voiture en bon état. Plein à 7/8 à rendre au même niveau.

Equipe multilingue très accueillante et toujours souriante (nous sommes allés 4 fois). Parle au moins le français, l'espagnol, l'anglais et l'allemand.

Tres bien situé, à deux pas de notre hôtel et proche de la plage.

Tres bonne expérience nous recommandons sans hésiter !!

I would very much be the first to write a review on Trustpilot of Autos Valls in Palma Mallorca.

Unfortunately i had to book my car through a Car Rental Broker and not directly from Valls homepage due to last minute reservation and sold out cars. However, my experience was very successfully. Early in the morning i received a SMS with information who to call for shuttle pickup at the airport. I called Valls at the airport arrival luggage belt and had to wait five minutes for pickup. Five minutes drive from airport (PMI) to car rental office and pickup, no waiting time and easy car pickup. No pushy additional insurance purchase was done by the office personnel - very nice and full 2 full is easy to understand and comply with. A deposit of €825 on my credit card was a little harsh but next time I’ll book directly on the home page with all included to be absolutely safe. Was a little anxious for the car return process due to all the frighten stories and broadcasts from other car rental companies. Spaniard are a little toughs with their cars and we couldn’t remember this little scratch was there from the beginning or parking lot. But no grumpy looks from Valls and deposit return without deduction. Again five minutes waiting time for shuttle back to airport but that’s similar with my business trips to US and car rental at huge international car rentals.

Can fully recommend Autos Valls.
