I have written a review on their review site about an ev van I purchased August 25 the review reply seemed to imply that I had been mistaken in the name of the company so I updated the review to include evidence of phone calls and evidence of credit card payment and guess what no follow up from them same as before and even after wattsapp them and explaining what the message was about claimed it was only a sales line but would pass message on be very careful when buying from this firm CAVEAT EMPTOR yet again more obfuscation the photos clearly shows that I made a credit card payment to your company I don’t see how you can dispute this it is in black and white plus I was only advised to get a new V 5 after weeks of prevaricating by yourselves I expected to get the V5 with the vehicle when it was delivered not 8 weeks later as I am disabled I had thought that an electric automatic vehicle would be suitable for me,in the end I had to purchase a mobility scooter to get around if you like I can upload the emails we exchanged I trust that you still have copies

From the first enquiry I made regards a Peugeot Expert, the sales Executive Haider Ahmed was very professional and curtious. I was fully informed throughout the purchase and Haider sent me a video walkround the van also. I reserved the vehicle with a £99 deposit and viewed vehicle next day to finalise the deal. Haider arranged delivery and was also completed very professionally. I would definitely recommend Auto Capital. Thank-you.
