Our agent that was sent to us spelled out everything for us! All the hotels/BNB's were great. The food was great, the tours were great, even the weather was great :-). I especially the guided tours that were set up for us.

Just returned from Wales and had such a great time we are already talking about our next trip. Lily and the team at Audley listened to learn what we were looking for and exceeded our expectations. Accommodations were just what we wanted and provided a sense of life in Wales. We talked with several locals for hours in the pubs, enriching the experience. The tours, hikes and other activities were unique to Wales. Our guides were personable and tailored the tour as they learned more about us. It was a spectacular adventure.

12 days in Morocco arranged by Liz V at Audley could not have been better designed and importantly, executed. A great itinerary offering experiences in Fez, the Sahara, Marrakesh, the middle Atlas mountains, an overnight stop in the beautiful village of Skoura and the coastal city of Essaouira. Private tour with Audley's in country partner attending to all the logistics to perfection. Accommodations were outstanding, all 5 stars, several Relais & Chateaux properties. Arrangements made by our driver Karim for meals outside of the hotels were terrific. His knowledge of all of the areas visited was impressive. Steered us in the right direction whenwe wanted information on shopping and sightseeing on our own. He never left us waiting got us where we wer going on time and in good shape. He was kind, thoughtful and a true gentleman.
A visit to to a village to prepare a lunch with a family was a highlight of the trip. And the food was good.
I need to thank our guides and camel wranglers. That include a few Mohammed's, more than one Ahmed, a Badar, an Ayoub, a Mustafa and a Zaid
This was our first experience with Audley, it will not be our last.

We had the pleasure of working with Stephanie Mailhot to plan our private trip to South Korea. Her knowledge and patience was incredible. Every question and concern was addressed in an extremely professional manner.

Could not say enough good things about Andria Channels!! We spent a few days in Germany and Switzerland and Andria listened to every concern and answered every question that I have. She was also able to modify our trips as many times as needed to better fit our needs. She is very easily reachable and her pre-trip call is SO SO helpful. She shares her screen on a call and goes over the entire trip, puts all the details into google and talks about everything in detail. I was given detailed documents on our itinerary before we left for our trip which I highly appreciated. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Also, Andria in general is just a very nice, down to earth person and it makes it easy to talk to her, especially regarding any changes to the trip. She was great!

I had an outstanding experience with Audley Travel on my recent trip to Australia. My advisor, Colin, was incredibly creative and resourceful, arranging excellent tours that fit my interests perfectly. A highlight was a hidden gem in Port Lincoln, which I would never have explored on my own. Colin was also very flexible and supportive when I needed to make adjustments to fit my personal schedule. I highly recommend Audley Travel, especially Colin, for anyone looking for a thoughtful, well-organized, and memorable travel experience.

Aislyn did an outstanding job in a short amount of time. Communications with all was great. Had one problem (not with Audley) that was quickly resolved by Audley. Overall a great trip and would recommend their services.

Trip Highlights

In Cape Town, the meet-and-greet service was seamless, and Abbey Manor Guesthouse was beautiful with wonderful staff. My guides for the Cape Point and Table Mountain tours were punctual, flexible, and very informative.

In Franschhoek, the Country House and Villas were charming with attentive staff. The Wine Tram and horseback wine tasting were both fantastic experiences.

Victoria Falls was another highlight: Mbano Hotel was a gem, the activities were well organized, and my guide Bronwyn was a delight. The Royal Livingstone Express train ride was a special touch.

Ending on Tsowa Safari Island was perfect: warm hospitality, incredible meals, and the magical experience of watching the lunar eclipse on the river.

Overall
This trip was a wonderful mix of culture, adventure, and relaxation. I felt well taken care of the entire time and would wholeheartedly recommend Audley to anyone planning their dream vacation in Africa.

It was extremely easy and a pleasure to work with Eric. He knows Portugal very well and was able to take our ideas and craft a trip that my son, grandson, and myself will never forget.

Travel agent listened well as to what we were desiring. She planned excellent trip down to the details. Tours were on time, guides were awesome, hotels were great, sites met all our expectations. A truly memorable trip to Italy. I know it takes considerable effort to plan all the details of a trip. This was done flawlessly.

We loved working with Caroline to plan our trip this summer! She was a ton of help and tailored to our needs for each step of the travel as we had never visited Ireland before. We totally recommend Audley and are grateful for our experience!

Have not typically used a travel agency but decided to do so to visit Portugal as we do not speak Portuguese and wanted to make the most of our time there. Eric at Audley did an outstanding job of arranging the trip of a lifetime. Every hotel arranged was fantastic and the activities planned gave us a thrilling time. Most impressive was the quality of the guides he arranged for us in each place visited. We felt a warmth, attention and respect that made the trip more than we could have expected. Eric demonstrated tremendous insight into how we could achieve a connection with our ancestors. We do not have words to express our gratitude for the thoughtful, professional and detailed planning that went into the itinerary planned for us. We are so very glad we engaged Audley.

We were very pleased with Audley Travel. It was nice to have our trip planned out and organized, with attention given to details, such as transfers and special tours. We appreciated the trip itinerary handbook that outlined our entire journey; however, receiving it a bit earlier would have allowed us more time to review our plans. It was wonderful not having to worry about traveling from one area to another and our travel agent provided excellent suggestions for accommodations the matched our preferences.

I’d like to begin by giving my African specialist, Tom Wilkinson, a full 5 stars. The reason for the overall 4-star rating is due to the first two specialists I worked with, whose lack of communication made the planning stage more difficult, and because the final cost of the trip was significantly higher than the budget I had provided.

That said, once Tom took over, everything changed for the better. He went above and beyond to help manage costs where possible and to ensure that our trip was seamless and memorable. The camps, tours, guides, and hotels were absolutely outstanding, and aside from one very minor hiccup (quickly resolved), the experience was exceptional.

In the end, it truly was a once-in-a-lifetime journey, and I am deeply grateful for Tom’s dedication, professionalism, and care. If you’re planning an African adventure, I can wholeheartedly recommend Tom Wilkinson at Audley Travel!

Thora Taylor at Audley Travel made our family trip of a lifetime everything we could wish for and more. The trip planning was extensive, she listened to what was important to all of the members of our family, making it a memorable experience for everyone, down to each little detail spanning ages of 8 to 75. The trip was filled with cultural experience and historical learning in Cape Town, with fantastic hosts and guides. The safari experience in the Timbavati Preserve at Simbavati River Lodge was beyond our wildest dreams with the staff and the animals (and this wasn't our first safari)! Our time in Victoria Falls at Waterberry Farmhouse was incredibly special and the staff was so attentive. The attention to detail in crossing from Zimbabwe to Zambia with VISA details was so appreciated and our drivers took care of things. We felt safe and in good hands thanks to all of the planning and communication by Thora and Audley's staff. The people we met in country truly made this trip so meaningful and it shows that Audley's agents work hard to develop these relationships and make sure clients' experience are top notch. We would travel again in a heartbeat with their planning and guidance and appreciate all they did to make it a truly EPIC trip!

We would highly recommend using Audley Travel and Lily Cohen for your travel needs. We have had two big trips planned by them (Hawaii & London) and both were excellent, well planned, and worth the time and investment. They do a great job at understanding your expectations, needs, and the things you want to do and see and then put forth a great plan for you to enjoy. They had every detail nailed down for our two trips and nothing was overlooked. Lily is very responsive and knows everything you would expect for an experienced and high performing travel agent. We plan to use them again for our next trip.

From the pre-trip meetings going over every aspect of what we wanted to experience, through the post-trip follow up, our experience with Audley and specifically Kelly Edwards was unparalleled. The flights were meticulously arranged, our guides were friendly, informative and thoroughly enhanced our experience. Our drivers were always on time. The hotels selected for us surpassed our expectations. I, simply put, could not recommend Audley any higher.

The preplanning was a thorough review of what we wanted to see on our trip to South Africa. All the plans fell into place perfectly. The hotel and lodges we stayed in were beautiful, staff friendly and helpful. Our safari was perfect - we saw the Big Five and more. Up close and personal to elephants and lions and more. Our specialist was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She made our trip perfect and I would highly recommend using her for any travel plans.

Thora really made sure to take the time to understand the experience we were looking for - from the private guided tours to the boutique hotels. She made sure that every step of the trip was well-planned in advance...we didn't have to think of any of the details and could truly just enjoy our honeymoon! Highly recommend Thora Taylor at Audley!
