Our Vietnam and Cambodia experience with Audley Travel started with Christian Le Fort, our country specialist. Our initial video call was pivotal to the success of our trip where Christian listened to our needs and preferences to then come up with an indivualised itinerary that was perfect for us. Every step along the way was easy and professional. The in country guides and drivers were outstanding and the hotels more than exceeded our expectations. Thank so much, we will be organising our next travels through Audley!

An amazing bucket list trip. Hannah's passion for and knowledge of the destination was incredible, she took the time to listen to our requirements and arranged the most magical itinerary for us. Everything ran so smoothly from our transfers, tours and travel arrangements. The local partners in Cambodia & Vietnam were amazing. I can not fault the planning and execution of every detail. We spoke to Kate at Audley who was the Indian Ocean expert and she put together an excellent itinerary for us to visit the Seychelles at Easter. She took time to understand our preferences and created a plan based on her detailed knowledge of the islands. Always available to speak or respond quickly to emails, Kate really was a great help

Fantastic from the very first contact- Hannah listened to what we wanted out of our trip, provided a brilliant itinerary and worked with us to perfect it, and then delivered. We had an amazing time on the trip and then good follow up on our return home. Would definitely use Audley again.

I’ve thought long and hard about posting this review. In November 2025 we had a wonderful trip to Kerala with Audley. It was faultless, well planned and we were so impressed that we immediately booked another tour for March 2026 upon our return-this time to the so-called Golden Triangle. The tour was again well constructed once we’d raised done initial concerns and been reallocated the specialist who’d organised the Kerala trip. We were excited about our forthcoming holiday. Unfortunately, we were flying with British Airways to Delhi via Heathrow from Manchester and the shambles of their check-in (two desks out of six open leading to enormous queues) led to us missing the last check-in call when we could have forced our way to the front. Anyway, we consequently missed the flight and contacted Audley immediately. What we didn’t realise, and Audley didn’t inform us until 7 hours later, is if you miss one flight all other outward and return bookings are immediately cancelled. There went our £10,000 holiday up in smoke. And, guess what, Audley were next to useless in trying to resolve the situation. Their staff were unable to assist in any way beyond telling us that we could go the next day for another £6,500. Terrible experience!

Our trip to South Africa was on our bucket list for some time so expectation were high. Harriets careful planning with our interests and consultation in mind paid off big time. We had a combination of required "sight seeing" in Cape Town and some down time in the Eastern cape area. The Safari trip was the highlight of the trip and keeping it at the end was super recommendation by Harriet! All the co ordination of flights, accommodations , car rental and day trips came off like clock works. Definitely going back, especially to revist wine district.

First class experience from start to finish. Great advice in the planning stage from Shannon Winzar. She knows her stuff and has actually been to the places. She persuaded us against one hotel we were planning in favour of another. Worked out brilliantly. All connections worked. Guides and drivers great. This is our third Asia trip in three years, the first with Audley and the best so far.

We were very much looking forward to a trip to Vietnam and had been very impressed by the excellent service provided by Audley in planning our holiday and preparing us for our travels. However when world affairs meant that the trip was cancelled, literally as we were packing our bags for the airport, that impressive service became outstanding. While travel insurance companies pulled out exemptions, Audley stepped right up, offering options and support. We will certainly be travelling with them again at the earliest opportunity and cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had an incredible experience with Audley Travel, thanks to our fantastic travel consultant, Hannah Alderson. She organised a six-week trip for us across Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Borneo and the Maldives, and it truly exceeded all our expectations.

From the very beginning, Hannah took the time to really listen to what we enjoy and what we wanted from the trip. She carefully crafted a bespoke itinerary that balanced adventure, relaxation and cultural experiences perfectly. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and everything ran smoothly throughout our journey.

Hannah was exceptionally organised, responsive and helpful at every stage, which gave us complete confidence and allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the experience. It was clear that she genuinely cared about creating something special for us.

Our experience was superb from Booking it with your excellent representative Joanna Austin who was so good.All the times that was quoted to us for flight, trips etc were always on time. All Hotels were excellent and very friendly and helpful. Also the guides spoke good English so we could understand all the information being told to us.

Fantastic first class company to deal with. I cannot fault the service I got from Audley Travel for my holiday to South Africa. From travel ideas, to booking and re-booking our flights back to the UK after being caught up with the Middle East conflict. Although we got back a couple of days later than we should have, Audley made sure we got a direct flight back to London at no extra cost including the accommodation.
The trip that was put together was excellent, with quality hotels, recommendations for food, excursions etc. They handled every question I asked, including simple things about what to wear, travel plugs.
If you want a first class holiday, then do not hesitate to book with Audley, they hold your hand every step of the way.

We chose New Zealand for our honeymoon and, as I had travelled there before, I initially didn’t think we would need any help planning it. However, out of curiosity, we decided to see what a travel agent would suggest. From our very first call with Amy, it was clear we were in good hands. She really listened to what we wanted and then created an itinerary that was completely tailored to us.

When she presented the trip (one week after the initial call), we were genuinely blown away. Not only had she captured everything we’d hoped for, but the price was also much more reasonable than we expected. We booked a couple of days later, and it was the best decision.

Our honeymoon was truly incredible. Everything ran smoothly, the accommodation was consistently excellent, and the excursions were thoughtfully chosen and well-organised. It gave us the freedom to fully enjoy the experience without any of the stress of planning.

Some of our highlights included the spectacular scenery around Aoraki/Mount Cook, the atmosphere and adventure of Queenstown, and the unforgettable wildlife experiences in Kaikōura. Each destination felt special in its own way, and together they made the trip perfect.

We wouldn’t hesitate to travel with Audley again in the future. Amy’s knowledge and attention to detail meant we always felt supported and confident throughout - it really did feel like we were travelling with the guidance of a true expert.

From start to finish our country specialist (Harry Adair) handled all our ideas and thoughts and came up with an amazing 3 week trip!

It was the first time using a travel specialist and certainly won’t be the last.

We had some small changes on the trip and it was super helpful knowing someone was there at all points for any of our requests.

Loved dealing with Audley, a great company - well run and it took away all the stresses associated with this type of trip!

Our South Asian Specialist, Mat Hall was excellent, knowledgeable, responsive, thoughtful and a pleasure to talk with. We had a first rate trip organised in partnership, which lived up to, and beyond, our expectations. When you consider the level of service you get from Audley it is good value for money. They provide a range of interesting activities and high quality guides but also allow you to be autonomous where you wish. The wrap around care we were shown before, during and after our 3 week trip has made us feel capable of further adventures. We were impressed with everyone and everything at Audley from our initial enquiry through to a wonderful holiday in Sri Lanka. We were not sure that they would be able to provide what we wanted for the price we could afford and yet, with the marvellous Matt Parr they delivered. We gave an exhaustive list of what we wanted to do and also, being in our seventies, what we were able to do! Matt took it all on board and came up with a fabulous plan with his own personal recommendations of things he thought we would enjoy. He was right on all that he suggested and we had the most wonderful holiday. Everything went as planned and we were touched by the detail - we didn’t have to reexplain things to people who helped us in Sri Lanka. Our Chauffeur/Guide, Chamil, was as friendly and caring as he could be and, like Matt, made it the memorable holiday that we hoped for.

We used Audley for the first time for our Mexico trip. We had the best holiday and adventure thanks to Audley. We usually holiday in Europe and plan them ourselves, but simply could not do this for this type of trip. Phoebe designed our trip through discussions with us, we had no idea where to go in Mexico. Her in depth, first hand knowledge was invaluable. We went to 4 very different places and loved every minute of the trip. Phoebe was always on hand to deal with any issues throughout the planning process including last minute hotel and room changes. Audley also found great deals on our flights meaning we could go business class on our return to the UK, and routed us through the US which we hadn't thought about.
I loved the fact we were looked after throughout the trip ie collected and driven about and didn't need to worry about anything. The local guides were also great. Audley make sure you have a local contact if needed and there is always someone on hand to deal with anything, but nothing went wrong for us.
We would definitely use Audley again and highly recommend their service. It may appear a bit pricey but you totally see where your money is going especially if you have individual drivers and guides as we did. You're paying for a travel company to arrange everything for you and it's a bespoke trip. Special thanks to Phoebe who made our trip so special and such an adventure.

What a fantastic company. We have recently returned from Australia and New Zealand, everything was arranged perfectly by them. Unfortunately the world went mad during the first leg of our flight home, and what could have turned out holiday into a disaster didn't happen thanks to the fantastic staff at Audley. They managed to arrange flights home via LA, much to our relief.
We will always use them for our travel arrangements.

Audley helped us create a truly once-in-a-lifetime trip to Vietnam and Cambodia, with an itinerary that allowed us to fully experience the culture of each country. The guides and drivers were exceptional, and the excursions were thoughtfully adapted to suit our preferences.

One of the highlights was our journey on the Aqua Mekong along the Mekong Delta—it far exceeded our expectations. Throughout the trip, we had a wonderful time and met so many amazing people along the way.

When unexpected events relating to the war in the Middle East disrupted our plans, Audley responded quickly and professionally, arranging hotel accommodation and rebooking our flights home without hassle. Any issues we encountered were handled efficiently and resolved with care.

We would highly recommend Audley and will definitely book with them again in the future.

We recently come back from a 17-day holiday to Phillipines from 12th Feb to originally 1st March organised via Audley Travel. Their Snr South East Asia Specialist Anna Pering, who tailored it to our requirements very knowledgeable. We had a great time. We stayed in Manila for a few days.spent time in the mountains and visited Bohol and El Nido. Beutiful places. All tours guides and drivers for private transfers tours and pick ups were superb everything was not to much trouble. Special thank u to our tour guide Elton. To say that the people of phillipines are very friendly and welcoming. to hotel accommodation flights which we had a few but well worth it. With a special thank u to Anna and her staff who got us home on the 8th march delayed due to airspace closure in UAE. very stressful time tbh. But have to say Audley Travel were great in handling situation very professional. Proves u have to book via a recognised travel agent not only for putting together the holiday but insuring their clients got home safely. Well done. Would definately recommend them to family friend's for the future and would book with them again
