This site seems to be a scam

This site seems to be a scam! Cannot order after adding everything to your cart. Keeps saying try another credit card. I know nothing is wrong with credit cars

Sorry to read the 1 star review.
As our logo suggests we have been around since 2001. Scam site's thankfully don't last that long. Our previous mostly positive reviews would also suggest we are a legitimate online retailer.
Are you sure you have reviewed the correct website? I have checked our abandoned orders and no orders have your name or the name Tami with a different last name (ie maiden name).
Could you provide more info so we can look into any issues you experienced?
Product, Date/time on website, payment method (ie card/paypal etc) so we can hopefully find out what went wrong or if you or reviewing the correct website.

Fantastic shop

Quite simply, the best clothing shop around. Staff are always incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about the brands. It’s no shock that Attic has been trading for more than 20 years. The website is always very user friendly with numerous filters to help you along the way.

Absolutely incredible from start to…

Absolutely incredible from start to finish. Firstly I had a payment issue my end which Adam did his best to support with, once rectified it only took 2 days for them to arrive from the North of Scotland to the south of England, the packaging was superb, the pricing great & they had a size & colourway of novesta I couldn't get elsewhere and just in time for my holiday. We'll done guys, very highly recommended

They treat really bad if u have any…

They treat really bad if u have any problem, I rejected the shipping because duties would have been 50€ after 35£ shipping with a very bad courier and they don’t want to refund me shipping costs ( shipping in Italy cost not more than 20£) NEVER BUYING AGAIN

I feel the 1 star review is extremely harsh so I will post a timeline of events to see where you believe this is justified:
27th Feb - Ordered.
28th Feb - Despatched with tracking details shown in despatch email.
6th March - Tracking details requested by Manuel. Tracking details sent within 15mins.
9th March - Customs payment requested from Italian authorities as you are receiving goods from outwith the EU. You refused to pay customs and did not contact us.
27th April - Paypal dispute raised. Refund offered within 2 hours.

I don't understand why you are now unhappy with the shipping costs as you must have been happy with the cost when ordering. Please note we do not profit on any shipping costs.
I do share your frustration with customs fees but it is clearly stated on our website that we are in the UK. We have no control over any import fees and customs charges by Italian authorities.

Ordered Edwin jeans and were too small

Ordered Edwin jeans and were too small, being lazy i didnt send them back within the 14 day return period so was very grateful when i was sent the next size back. I was past the 14 return period and the sale on them has finished so they didnt have to send me a new pair. Very much appreciated and will 100% order from them again and recommend to others.

Great shopping experience

Absolutely first class customer service! I spoke with Adam via email, not only was the response to my query dealt with extremely quickly but was replied to with great detail, so much so there was no need for me to have to send emails back and forth. Which was appreciated! Even with delays via UPS my order has still arrived quicker than most other companies I have ordered with. I have seen others have been dubious about ordering but rest assured this is a genuine and great shop, I'm glad i found it and will absolutely purchase from it again 🙂

Excellent all round service

Excellent service re: delivery. I ordered a Large which unusually came up big. After a call to Adam & quick chat he advised to go down a size the fit was perfect.
Extremely helpful, knowledgeable & they even returned the money for the size L a day & a half after I sent it back.
Whats not to like ? Highly recommended

Ordered online for health and safety…

Ordered online for health and safety reasons as at high risk, item came with security tag just before Xmas. I had to take back to store , pay fuel, parking as well as wasting my time and putting myself at risk. No compensation for the additional expense, time and risk offered.

Hi SJM,
Sorry to hear of your poor experience. Unfortunately we did leave a security tag on a product and we are extremely sorry for this inconvenience. We have changed procedure to ensure this doesn't happen again.
When we offered ways to resolve this you chose the quickest method (going to our store) given it was needed for Chistmas. No compensation was asked for or therefore agreed upon. Then days after the issue was resolved you requested money for time, fuel and parking. If you had asked for this beforehand we would have made it clear this was not on offer.

Excellent service,price and delivery…

Excellent service,price and delivery from a store I'm new to but will be using in future for purchases.
Special mention to Adam for sorting a slight issue with UPS tracking and ensuring delivery would be on time.
Great selection online and look forward to paying the store a visit in future.
Just wish there were more small independent stores like this left instead of huge faceless companies.

Excellent

Bought a pair of Edwin ED-55 jeans from Attic recently. Great price, delivered very quickly and great customer service. I missed the first delivery attempt and Emily from customer services emailed to ask in what way she could help with re-delivery. All sorted without any difficulty and perfectly handled. All in all a great company that I would highly recommend.

Fast, affordable and trustworthy

I ordered a pair of Nike trainers that I couldn't find anywhere else, at a price that couldn't be beaten. Not having heard of them previously, there was an element of risk in using them, but as they had bricks and mortar stores in Scotland, I threw caution to the wind and placed my order.
Email communications were prompt and detailed, and the goods turned up the day after despatch, in excellent condition(an extra heavy cardboard sleeve was used to protect the actual Nike box- nice touch).
After this experience, they will be my first port of call, and any time I'm "up north", I'll pop in to see them face to face. Many thanks
