Great experience at the Wishaw Branch
Took my car in today after booking online for a free exhaust check as I was worried I had an issue. The lady who took my car and asked when the smell of exhaust appeared and what I was doing before taking the keys to get a picture of the issue. She took my car and popped it on the ramp and inspected the exhaust and had a colleague double check and found no issues. So overall said it is probably the scenario that is causing my issue maybes take it easy to ensure it stops happening. All very much appreciated and happy with the end result.
The branch was Wishaw in Scotland and the service was top notch. Thank you!

Online Booking Issues
Tyre replacement process went smoothly but looks like an issue with the online booking service. I got Email confirmation of the date and time I booked car in but when I turned up on day, I was told my booking was showing for the following day which was wrong. Wasted time and lost income for me. Person in garage told me system did it and didn't update me. Poor system ATS. Not sure how anyone can check if their booking is the real booking other than phoning the garage every time. Think I will go elsewhere in future, shame though as service quick and quality.

Another quick in/out MOT at Wishaw branch. No faffing about, no trying to hard sell any unnessesary work. Just straightforward MOT test.

Usual excellent MOT experience at Wishaw branch. Been coming here for very many years, never any issues. Scott is very good at his job as a mechanic and MOT tester, also a nice guy.

Air con recharge
Bought an air con recharge with antibacterial on Groupon with a 20% discount for my 5SERIES BMW. Booked on line and was took on time and phoned an hour later to advise that the car was ready. Great service. Bonus was that later in the day I received a heath check report by email that said my 2016 car was in great condition. Would recommend and will use again.

Staff on Mobile phones
Every thing was ok apart from one girl i think she is a technician.she has a phone phobia I think it rang out 4-5 times as she was standing at the door on her own mobile over a period of time I'm just glad I wasn't trying to get through to the depot

MOT without hassle
Car was taken on time and was informed it would be carried out in about 1 hour. Went for a coffee and bang on time the MOT had been completed. I had a very different experience last year at a different garage who kept me waiting for nearly 3 hours. Big shout to the lad (Scott) for his politeness and professionalism

Oil and filter Nightmare at Wishaw ATS
Peugeot boxer booked an oil and filter change 4 days ago, paid for online, booked for 13/08 today for 10.30 turned up to find no oil filter ordered, mechanic said they only order when customer turns up on day, what a load of crap, already paid for it should have been ordered and there, she said it will be about 2hours, so a 10.30 booking became a 12.30 booking, eventually it got done and i left at 13.30 pm, 3 hoursfor an oil change
And worse, oil all over my bonnet and bumper, oil on my door handle, oil on my steering wheel, half hearted attempt to remove, will have to get special cleaner to remove
My motorhome is white by the way
Am hoping white spirit will remove it
Wishaw Euromaster Centre give it a miss
