Only improvement could have been earlier call saying work complete ready for pick up. I had to walk around and getting car back earlier would have helped.

Staff were pleasant and helpful and attentive. Nothing seemed too much trouble.Sad to hear they were going to lose their jobs. Have used this garage for nearly 50 years. Sorry to see them go.

Better communication when tyre delivery failed would be appreciated. I made an unecessary trip to site and the ordered tyres had not arrived. I did not receive any communication to ask me to rearrange my visit to site.
