I recently enrolled in a course offered by Atechup, attracted by their promises and options for customer satisfaction, including a refund policy clearly stated at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, my experience fell significantly short of expectations, prompting me to request a refund—a process that was neither straightforward nor as transparent as I had been led to believe.

Despite not being overly concerned about the financial aspect, the principle of the matter cannot be overlooked. The situation was further exacerbated by the company's offer of compensation through additional access to services, which, in my opinion, failed to address the core issues of service quality and customer satisfaction. Such offers felt more dismissive than compensatory, highlighting a lack of genuine customer care.

Moreover, communication with the company has been disappointing. My concerns and requests seemed to be met with indifference, leading me to question the overall professionalism and reliability of Atechup. As a result, I've taken steps to escalate the matter through legal channels, a decision I did not make lightly.

To those considering Atechup's services, I advise caution and thorough research. Ensure that the company's promises align with real customer experiences. It is unfortunate to have to write such a review, but I believe it's important for potential customers to be aware and for Atechup to recognize the impact of their actions and service standards.

Scammers. I bought the gold plan for Develop FinTech startup in June '23. Total disappointment. Got a 2 hr power point presentation filled with a bunch of outdated links to websites, and urls. Total waste of money and time. Called for a refund same day, and after they had me fill out a refund request form, Ive never heard back. They dont respond to emails any longer either.

Scam. Use your money somewhere.

This course offered a deep dive into the world of medical technology. The content was comprehensive and up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the field of healthcare technology.

I bought the Crypto Cryptocurrency Startup course for $500 and entered all the data during the purchase.
Access to the course was not provided - not in a week as promised, not in a month.
Almost a year has passed since the purchase, and this company still continues to ignore without providing service.
They only respond to you when you write comments here and show how they work in general.
I was accused of buying a course for a Ukrainian girl.
and as it turned out, they do not provide training services for Ukraine with the explanation "very suspicious".
although there were no problems when the funds were written off.
I am impressed with this service.
be prepared that you will simply "gift" your funds to an incomprehensible company, and you will not receive anything in return. only accusations.
This is how hypocrites and frauds behave.

Overall, the Blockchain Startup and De-Fi Startup Class and Web Conference was an excellent investment of my time. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in gaining a better understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized finance and the business opportunities that it opens up. The content and experts exceeded my expectations, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have attended the entrepreneurship class.

I have spent 2 months waiting for a prospective customer inquiry. No replying from nobody. Once I have read the reviews here, my doubts were confirmed. This is a scam, not a course. This is usual in America but should be taken off the web to protect the rest of the world. - I was interested in the workshop in Dubai at the start but I was lucky I saw the reviews here.

I was pleasantly surprised by the content of the course. They focus a lot on cutting edge technologies and I liked that the lecturer taught new technologies. When I had contact with customer service, they answered me quickly and I got help when I couldn't access my account. A special thanks to Jessica who was awesome in her service! I have nothing negative to say, I think the course was worth the money!

Content was good however it is just a streaming video. Presentation was appalling / typos / poor sound and instructor presentation very dull.

Decided to give Atechup workshops a try and I highly recommend their tech entrepreneurship sessions. I Learnt how to raise capital, I learnt how to research a business model, I learnt how to create my first MVP.

Honestly I was a bit skeptical at first but surprised when I attended the course, very quality content, have not seen this type of startup content anywhere else. Much appreciated

I bought the Develop a Successful VR Startup from Eventbrite. It states you will learn" a complete blueprint for you start your own Virtual Reality VR Startup Business. During our Virtual Reality VR startup program you will learn and navigate through tools, software, hardware, platforms, resources, projects, processes, methods and strategies to penetrate your own Virtual Reality VR Tech Startup Business into different market's and industries." They have the basic and premium. The Basics cover: Startup ideas, R&D, Creativity, Capital/Funding, Clients, Business Formation, Business Automation. This workshop is 4 hours. It is not a live workshop so you can't ask questions. You play a video and that's it. They spent 2 hours talking about future VR ideas. And the other content is playing videos of conferences and other tools that you can use. There's no in-depth knowledge. The person talking is dry and boring. I would save your money.

I bought their Fintech start-up course. The contents are obviously not updated. Some slides showed that the Bitcoin price was at USD1,000. Just wonder which year they made this course. Really not sure whether the contents are still relevant, given the rapid development in this industry. Quite disappointed. Can find better quality courses at much cheaper prices on other platforms. Would not recommend it.
