Keep waiting
I placed an order on December 26 for 4 packages of Kollagenx face masks. Recieved email confirmation and waited, and waited, and waited. Never received product or email saying you were unable to fill the order.

I haven't had any problem with the…company except for this last shipment.
I haven't had any problem with the company except for my last order which included this contraption to shave your legs standing up, it held the razor with parts of some kind of velcro. I didn't even try it-it looked so uncomfortable to shave. I didn't like the eyebrow pencil or powder so since I didn't get a label to send back I have to wait to save for the shipment back becuz it so expensive t ship in the damn large box.

Very difficult to place order. Sent special offer then would not let me use it. I called and was told offer was not good on my purchase however it never said that then called a second time and was told after I paid for the order and received it I could call and ask for a discount terrible terrible terrible canceled my order immediately bad business
