I miss As We Change!! AWC sold the perfect black stretch pants with tummy and hip and thigh support. Cannot find anything like them anywhere!! Can anyone help??

I wish they had mentioned they were going out of business and nothing could be returned.
I would have returned a few items because of the quality and I am stuck with them.

As We Change recently had a going out…
As We Change recently had a going out business sale as the owners were retiring. I called to order some products and was told that they were sold out. With some products that I ordered that were not sold out arrived with a new catalog enclosed that had my "sold out" products at the original price, not the sale price. So if the owners are retiring, what is going on?

I have always received great products from As We Change. Being older, it is nice to know that a relatively lower price options for products and clothing that fit my needs better are available. With that being said, I was sorry to hear that you will no longer be in business. You are retiring as you stated. Me too!

I liked the tunic I purchased. Unfortunately, due to the closing of the business, many of the things listed in the catalogue were sold out.
I have appreciated previously purchased items from those in the beauty/personal care sector to clothing.

It seems a lot of catalogues are charging much more for foreign made clothing and shipping and returning because small communities have closed all of their stores. We older clients do not order on computers. Therefore, we who cannot shop locally are using catalogues to get our things that we want. When we call because of errors in ordering, we are calling foreign countries. You have no idea how much we appreciate talking to a kind American.

You advertised "retirement sale" like…
You advertised "retirement sale" like you're going oob, say no returns or exchanges, then you include a new catalog with the exact same inventory as before! Why then can i not at least do an exchange? Ridiculous, unethical bs. Yes, you got over on me but you lost a customer.

I do apologize due to the retirement of the line we are not able to do any further exchanges or returns. All sales are final. Due to the clearance of our products our inventory is already at a low.
