My first digital tire inflator was inaccurate by 7 psi so I contacted the support team for a replacement item. They quickly walked me through some troubleshooting, but swiftly decided to ship me a replacement item at no cost. The new item is more accurate and I am happy with the items and service.

My initial operation of the DM6000AR had some issues. When I contacted AstroAI service they were extremely helpful and resolved my issues completely in a couple days. Great product and incredible customer support.

I have purchased a total of 5 of the multimeters to use for myself but also to give to my grandchildren who also have needs for a multimeter in their homes. I have had excellent results with them but recently one showed a blank display even with fresh batteries and good fuses. I sent AstroAl an email about the unit and they responded with a replacement unit that arrived two days later. I frankly could not be happier with their customer service and support!!
