Aston Matthews Anmeldelser

The showroom is great. I wanted to get it all. Steve was incredibly helpful. He went beyond the call of duty to help me find replacement hinges to match our existing set and would not accept full payment for his troubles. What an honest and helpful gentleman. I can’t recommend enough.

The showroom was very nice but the Sales technician and staff generally were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Steve in particular was great and followed up on everything immediately. The experience was very positive.

I can’t recommend Aston Matthews highly enough. The showroom gave me so much inspiration and Steve was outstanding in the really smart advice He gave me regarding every detail of my project.
I couldn’t be happier with my bathroom, it’s exceeded my expectations. It went from being a stressful to a highly enjoyable project with a brilliant end result.

I’m contacting Aston Matthews and especially Michael who worked with me throughout the project. Thank you for all the help, guidance and support you have given me since I came in to place my order with you.
I can’t emphasise enough how you exceeded my expectations with the service you provided. Any issue I had you dealt with so efficiently and with so much care. You were so patient and kind.
Then, when unexpected things arose I felt you were resolving them with me and you went out of your way to reduce the pressure I was feeling. I have never experienced such support before with any such project.
I wanted you to know how much this support helped me and I really appreciate all you did.
I will never hesitate to use your services next time.

Top quality items with friendly after sales service. I had a problem with a leaky mixer tap, one of the staff patiently trying different options and offering a replacement before the culprit turned out to be a faulty "O" ring. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service couldn't of had more help from BJ and great products everything works perfectly absolutely zero complaints

I was sold equipment that didn’t work in the USA then told by the UK rep that sold it to me that it was my problem to deal with and I should have purchased it from someone else.

I spent thousands ordering new parts and was left with unusable fixtures.

I visited today hoping for advice and parts to repair a tap I bought from Aston Matthews more than 20y ago.
Unsurprisingly, the tap is now discontinued, but to my astonishment they found the parts I needed and at a price that cannot be beaten.
Sincere thanks to Steve and Sue.

Michael is knowledgeable, thorough, and patient, and quick to respond.

Very efficient and timely response. I have had dealings with this company in the past and the quality of the products is something you can rely on.

Amazing service by an amazing team Thankyou.

Very helpful when ordering a replacement shuttle for a bath /shower unit. Great to have a real conversation over the phone with a human as opposed to a machine .

Excellent customer service. Very patient dealing with someone who is not a tradesman but rather a housewife, inexperienced in things plumbing related.

Love what I bought design and quality super. Helpful understated service

We sought advice from AM as we planned our bathroom upgrade. We expected to buy some of the items we needed from this supplier, in particular a four door vanity unit. The Guildford Store staff (Diana handled our order) provided an excellent service, knowledgeable, attentive and prompt with answers to our queries. The products are excellent.

All the products I have bought from Aston Matthew’s have been very good but without exception their customer service has really quite poor

Despite the merchandise being perfectly nice – albeit very expensive - it concerns me that the time from ordering to delivery took several months. It was just a kitchen tap, not an entire kitchen…

We did 3 bathrooms worth! They sell quaility products. Very helpful with design and mostly quick to come back when we needed to return a few items we didn't need.

Help with bathroom design and layout.

Aston Matthews delivered top quality products and service. The team were wonderfully helpful choosing everything for our new bathroom also when a few items needed to be returned, there were no difficulties.
I am very grateful, the bathroom looks fabulous.
