From the start of the recruiting process the team were honest and upfront about cost , they worked closely with us to find the right college for our daughter, Fabian and the team stayed in contact through the whole process explaining things . Keeping us updated with what we needed to do and when.

Rugby scholarship at Lindenwood Uni
My son started at Lindenwood University, Missouri on a rugby scholarship thanks to ASM. We joined up with Fabian at ASM who helped us navigate through the recruitment journey. ASM are knowledgeable and professional, most importantly the university coaches value Fabian’s assessment of the players to ensure a perfect match between player and school. I highly recommend ASM if you are considering a sports scholarship in the US.

ASM Sports was one of the worst experiences I had with a college recruiting agency. They told us everything we wanted to hear until we paid and signed up. Don't use ASM Sports!

We’re sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction, but we believe there may be a misunderstanding regarding your experience with ASM Sports. Our team is committed to providing the best possible service and support to all athletes and their families. In your case, within just 3 hours of signing up, your athlete was connected with a Division I school, followed by another Division I connection later that same week. Unfortunately, your athlete did not follow up with these connections, which can damage our relationships with coaches. Additionally, multiple messages from our team were ignored by your athlete. (Proof of these connections and unanswered messages can be provided upon request.)
While our terms clearly state that refunds are not offered for changing one’s mind, we still went above and beyond by refunding half of the payment as a goodwill gesture. We find this review unjustified, as our team delivered exactly what we promised. We regret that you chose to discontinue the services before we had the chance to fully deliver the rest of our services. Our priority remains to help athletes achieve their college recruiting goals, and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

However, your claims are misleading. Our team successfully fulfilled the initial assessment criteria, that you and your family approved before signing up with us, by connecting you with 7 different colleges - 4 D2, 1 NAIA, and 2 NJCAA - as specified when you signed up. It's crucial to clarify that while we strive to provide the best opportunities for showcasing talents within our network, we cannot guarantee scholarships, as this is beyond our control and against NCAA rules for any recruiting service to guarantee scholarships.
Our commitment lies in facilitating connections with coaches and navigating the offers available to athletes this is also clearly stated in our contracts and assessments. The final decision regarding offers depends on various factors, including budget constraints and personal preferences, and coaches engage in multiple conversations to assess these aspects before extending a formal offer.
In our last email to you, we offered to continue your recruiting efforts, and we want to clarify that we have not received any correspondence from you since our communication on June 27th, 2023. Your recent review and calls to our head office on January 3rd, 2024, where you did speak with someone, came as the first contact since then. We have not ignored any of your previous correspondence.
We are more than willing to continue assisting you in making connections and pursuing opportunities. However, it is essential to correct the assertion that we did not deliver exactly what you signed up for, as our records demonstrate otherwise. Proof of all communication and connects can be provided as they were in our last email correspond on June 27th, 2023.
ASM is the best partner to get an good scholarship
All the people of ASM are very friendly and helpful. They’re helping you with everything step by step and want to make everything easy for you. They’re trying to give you as many opportunities with different colleges and are trying to find the best college for you which one fits the best for you in an academic and Athletic way.

Free transfer lie
Everything was completely fine with the agency and the person who was working for me, I also recommend it to some friends who decided to work with the agency. When I was starting my process, I was promised a free help with the transfer process after my sophomore year in case I didn't like the school I was committing to, now that I reached them for help with the transfer they said the membership I paid does not include the transfer, so it makes no sense promising help with the transfer and then forgetting about you when you have committed to your college, then you ask them for help and ask you for more money. Personally I would recommend more Athletes USA, better prices, more realistic and more helpful.

Only focused on making money and do not care for the actual athlete. Not personal at all and they tell u lies such as a free transfer to sign the contract but don't honor them.
Make sure to get everything on paper from them, the lure u in with promises verbally only the hurt your good faith.

It is important to note that your initial contract did not include a provision for transferring, and when you inquired about it, you expressed dissatisfaction with our team's response. While we would like to support all athletes free of charge, this would not be fair to the clients who have paid for additional services.
The services you did pay for were delivered in full, and our staff provided assistance at every step of the process, including profile completion, video creation, connecting with coaches, admission guidance, transcript translations, visa appointment support, college departure tips, and catch-up calls, among others and successful university placement. We have diligently fulfilled our commitments, and we apologize that your 1-star review is a result of seeking additional services for free.
Please understand that we never ignored your requests. You had communicated via WhatsApp that you were dissatisfied with your current coach and desired a transfer. In response, we informed you that we would guide you on how to proceed.
As previously communicated across multiple platforms, we remain willing and ready to offer further advice and guidance if you require it.
