Bought some women’s dungarees which I requested to return due to sizing issues. I asked for 2xl not a chance were these that size.
I asked to return items and was told it would be too expensive they wouldn’t recommend I do that, however if I paid them more they could send me other items. I have requested multiple times to send item back it’s of no use not fitting but they will not accept even though it clearly states on their return policy. DO NOT BIY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered some drill bits which are supposed to go through any material including steel , tiles etc. In the advert they make it look like the drill bit is going through steel like butter . At my first attempt I managed to drill through a tile after 2 minutes and the drill bit went blunt. I tried drilling through stainless steel and it took ages and in the end I gave up. Absolute crap product and more importantly it's false advertising.. unfortunate that I couldn't give zero stars

I placed an order 20 days ago, and it has still not been delivered. I am extremely frustrated with Ervi company, as their service has been completely inadequate. They have shown no concern for the situation whatsoever.

Advertise something in English but send something in Spanish! Don’t waste your money! Not just that sent from China and took more than a week to arrive when a flight would’ve done!

Item never arrived lost it transit. Have spoken to customer service and keep getting told to wait even when courier has admitted the item is missing. They don't listen and just fob you off.
Disgraceful company avoid at all costs !

I recently purchased a pair of jeans from and was incredibly disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service experience. The jeans were far below the standard advertised—poor stitching, uneven seams, and flimsy material that didn’t match the description or images on their website.

To make matters worse, the company prominently advertises a flexible return policy, which was one of the reasons I felt confident making the purchase. However, when I attempted to return the item, they failed to honor their policy. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I was met with vague responses, excuses, and delays.

This lack of accountability is unacceptable. A business that refuses to stand by its promises and provide fair resolutions for customers loses credibility. I strongly advise others to think twice before buying from Askmenn

Scammers!! Items nothing like on website, really poor quality and refuse to let you return. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I tried to cancel my order within an hour of placing it after discovering the same item I'd just paid £22 for was available from Amazon for less than half (with free next day postage). My payment was still pending at this point. I received a reply 5hrs later saying they couldn't cancel and refund me as the order had already been sent... Yet the tracking number they gave me wasn't recognised. Several emails were exchanged, each reply more infuriatingly useless than the last. I received my unwanted parcel a week later (sent 48hr delivery). The website gives no information on return process, and despite their same day response when I emailed to cancel, I am still waiting for an answer to my query about how to send it back.

Never order anything from this company. The products are poor quality and they stink. Then you try and return the item, what a complete joke, tell you it will cost you too much to send back abroad then ask if you will take a voucher to spend on the website. My order cost me £42 and they offer £15 voucher. I don't think so 🤔

It’s costs me £10.65 to return the item to China for a £29.99 pair of can’t call them jeans because they were made out of paper
Wrong sizing poor finishing and nothing like the advert
Why Instagram TikTok are allowing this company to advertise is beyond a joke
I have had to wait 2 months to receive a refund through PayPal for the jeans
But they won’t refund for the return postage

Sent wrong size then asked me to pay shipping to send back them advised not to as it would be expensive. Material was awful and rip off company. Tik Tok should ban them

Ordered an item from another store and was scammed by Askmenn, who had taken a video off the live store I was ordering off.I originally thought i would never receive the order as the tracking code didn’t work. I did receive the item but was very cheap material, nothing like the linen dress I had ordered. Very disappointed. Have been in contact via email with someone called Anna,if I wish to return it is at my expense as overseas!! Have offered £10.00 to spend with them! No thanks. So left with a cheap and nasty pound shop wonder! DO NOT BUY
