We've used Ashworths for many years for our London properties. Initially we used just the inventory administration but now happliy recommend their cleaning services too. The inventories are the most comprehensive we see - in other parts of the country we're forced to use other inventory providers and often get minimal detail and precious few photos to back up any problems that are identified. IMO Jae and his team set the standard by which we now judge others.

Compared to other services we buy - plumbers, electricians etc, Ashworths are a stand out company. They are always polite and eager to assist. In our experience, The billing is accurate and not one appointment has been missed to date - Something of a new record in London! We've found the pricing to be very competitve and feel we get good value for money.

We like using smaller private companies where you can talk to the owner if necessary. I can confidently recommend this company.

Ashworth group were professional, thorough, hard working and efficient. Even under the watchful eye of my mother and my OCD the team did not stop.
To move into a new property is stressful enough though on this day the heavens opened and the snow appeared. The downfall was so bad commuting became a problem but for the Ashworth ladies, nothing was going to get in their way. They turned up in force armed with all the necessary equipment and got straight to work.
They turned our house in to a home :)

I have used several Inventory Companies but have found Ashworth the best so far. In fact, of late I've only used this company for all my check-ins and check-outs.

They are very thorough, very willing to make amendments if you forget something and need it added in. I was able to get an appointment at short notice and the agent was punctual and reliable.

The standard of the Inventory and photography is excellent. They have a cleaning service which I may well use next time.

The Ashworth team are always an absolute pleasure to work with. Having known the team for the last few years, I trust them with both work related services, in addition to the inventories for my personal property.

I have found over many years that Ashworth Inventories are always reliable, and prompt to send out full Reports complete with photographs. I have recently discovered Ashworth subsidiary Cleaning service to be excellent. They did a superior job to other cleaning companies and I will always advise my tenants to engage them at end of Tenancy.

We used The Ashworth Groups cleaning service and we couldn't recommend it enough. The staff were smart and professional and did a particularly thorough job. The job ended up being slightly bigger than planned but they were completely flexible and went the extra mile to finish the job to an excellent standard. 10/10 we will definitely be using them regularly going forward
