I ordered my Dad a new belt for Father’s Day, it arrived really quickly. The first thing I noticed was the incredible smell of leather. Really fantastic quality, very supple and beautifully stitched. It looked like it could last 100 years, such was the thickness of the leather. My Dad was very happy and I’d definitely use Ashford Ridge again.

I ordered 2 belts, unfortunately when they arrived one was the wrong width so I emailed them and I received a reply the same day. I was told to keep both belts and a correct replacement was with me 2 days later. Good quality belts and excellent service.

Very helpful company. I had a couple of questions about replacing a belt with a detachable buckle which I'd had for years.Phil was great with his advice and suggestions as to which one would be suitable and he was spot on. Sizing is perfect and quality outstanding.

Ordered a belt online and realised I had made a mistake with the sizing. Rang them up and got a real person; Phil sorted it out for me, arranging to put in a few extra holes. Belt arrived promptly. It is of excellent quality (even though from HLA range), and I love it!
I am compiling a wish list from the rest of their range, and will be buying belts as gifts from now on, especially as the company have a wonderfully ethical business model.

Ordered one of their "happy little accident" belts and a set of the leather trays.
I have yet to find a fault with the belt however. Im very impressed with the quality.
The leather trays are very nice, but a suggestion, could the rivets be pop type in stead of fixed so when not in use or being packed they will be flat.

Really happy with my belt, I messed up with the sizing and got a much larger one than needed but it has enough holes in it so I can still use it.
The quality feels really good and I think it's going to get better and softer with time. I hope it lasts me for a really long time.

Order a Brown 40mm and Black 40mm. Really sturdy construction and 100% leather not the compressed cardboard/laminate of some. Very pleased with my purchase that was great value for money.

When I was looking for a belt for my son who is very slim although he's 27, I was very pleased to find a company who not only do belts that would fit but weren't childish. I contacted the company to ask if they could do something extra on my order. Well, not only did I get a very fast response, they were happy to help out and wouldn't charge me either!!

When I order something and the product is as advertised I am pleased and don't feel the need to write a review because the company have simply fulfilled their side of the sale. When companies go this extra mile, that's when I want to write and tell others what a great experience I have had. I also like the fact that the company are based in the UK. Definitely worth 5 stars.

The best customer service I have experienced in a long time, and as a bonus the belt is very nice, high quality and well made. I would highly recommend them.

AVOID!!!!! I ordered a belt, arrived badly packaged and damaged! When I requested a refund, they initially refused to pay my carriage cost to return the item - AND NOW DESPITE NUMEROUS EMAILS I HAVE NOT HAD THE POSTAGE COST REFUNDED!!!!!
