Ascope did a great job
Ascope did a great job. I worked with Jacob and he was transparent and easy to work with for my first ever import. We did RoRo through Liverpool and everything worked out great.

I am disappointed about delivered my…
I am disappointed about delivered my car to Istanbul ,I drop my car at Bristol port ,on 08/12/23 and then i should pick up my car at autoport izmit in turkey on 26/12/23,
so today 01/01/24 i am still waiting for my car in Istanbul,i have to keep calling Ascope Shipping and email them and nobody do anything about than i have to make calls to turkey side agent they told me my car will arrive to the autoport izmit earlier day 09/01/24,
my question is who is responsible for that.
And who is ganna pay for all the cost.
you was messing me around In Turkey,I have to stay in Turkey for two weeks,and i do have a job in uk,and i have to be back for my job in time or i will have to lose my job,and i wanna knows who responsible for all that,
I am really shocked about it all.

Please note, we closed for Christmas holiday on the 22nd of December to 2nd of January and that is why you were not able to contact us. We have contacted the shipping line and they have advised delay was caused by less manpower at the ports due to the holiday and bad weather and this is something that is out of our control, sorry.

Not much to say. We asked for a service which was delivered without a fuss even though we changed our minds a couple of times. The container arrived on time however, the trailer that delivered the container managed to destroy a wall. That's the only negative about the experience. I'm hoping that I don't get too much resistance when we claim compensation.

AT FIRST WAS GIVEN A CHEAP QOUTATION, THEN HE CALLED LATER ON AND SAID THE SHIP WAS FULL, THEN THE PROPOSED TO USE OTHER COMPANY(Kestrel Liner Agencies) WHICH IS RAN BY kelly...AVOID THIS ONE FROM 5500 I WENT TO 6100,AFTER THEY CLAIMED MY MEASUREMENTS WERE LONGER BY 25 CM. AGREED CUBIC 9.99M. THERE AFTER SHE CONTINUED TAKING MONEY FOR AMENDEMENTS I HER MISTAKES.
AVOID ASCOPE IF THEY SEND YOU TO krestel liner. IT'S ALL BAD AVOID!!!!!! NEVER COMING BACK LOST 800 QUID

The price you have mentioned is not correct, it is less than that, also the price increase was due to the fact that the dimensions you provided were less than what the port got after measuring the truck meaning you pay more than first quoted based on you dimensions.
You also came to ask for correction on the bill of lading after manifest had closed and all shipping line charge for manifest corrector after that and that is why you were also charged for that.
