Purchased a used alienware m14x r2 laptop from these guys. Laptop was in perfect condition as described, and its specs were actually slightly better than advertised. Great customer service whe help was needed and quick email replies. I'd recommend buying from this company and I'd do it myself for sure.

I purchased a refurbished Dell laptop. Item was delivered quickly and as promised, and everything that was shown in the listing was included and seems to be in working order. On a refurbished laptop, I was worried about the condition of the monitor, but no imperfections noted. Everything worked out of the box, the Windows version was genuine, and besides installing my own software, I think the only thing that was needed was updating a driver/software for the webcam from the Dell website (which took just a few minutes).
