Had a delay with test but was not fault of company but Royal Mail Taking 7Days to deliver sample.
Customer service was A1. Maggie offered to send replacement kit which was much Appreciated. However sample turned up and service was excellent.
Problems happen its how there dealt with the counts.
WELL DONE !!! WOULD RECOMMEND SERVICE

The process from beginning to end was faultless.
Sample equipment arrived promptly and was easy to use.
Poped the sample in the bags provided and returned them.
The results were available within 12 hours of them being received.

I bought a sample online as a result of…
I bought a sample online as a result of a Google search. I missed the fact that the company is based in the UK, but was pleased to discover that they have an office in the USA (PA). The lab costs were already included in the price (nice!), and the turn-around time was very reasonable. They provided tracking on the USPS shipment to me of the sample bags and registration form, and I used a tracked UPS to send back to them--the turn-around in-house for them was exactly what they said it would be, and their initial responsiveness in shipping the kit out was great.

It was easy to follow the instructions and send samples. We used all the advice given and used the checklist provided. Results returned very quickly. Would use the service again and would highly recommend for peace of mind.

From the minute I first contacted Asbestos Sampling, I was blown away by their professionalism and willingness to help guide worried punters like myself through the sampling process.
Their customer service is simply brilliant, with immediate responses to all my nonsense queries. Maggie in particular could not have been more helpful. I know what they do is quite a niche thing, but I’ll certainly be singing their praises to Friends, Family and anyone else who’ll listen. I cannot thank them enough for their fast efficient service. A very quick, easy and efficient service. Cost effective too for a single sample.
Ordered testing kit Monday arrived Wednesday. Kit includes all necessary safety equipment and easy to follow instructions.
Posted sample Monday - results emailed on the Wednesday.
Excellent service and would recommend (although certainly helps when you get the all clear! ).

Really fast processing and receipt of results.
I am struggling to have confidence in the results giving that the report came with information on quotes for asbestos removal. The cynical part of me thinks the results may also be positive to tout for the real business. Hopefully wrong.
