I had an issue with my order - Hayley was fantastic. She went down to the warehouse, and sorted it out in less than 10 minutes.

I was in the Dundrum art and hobby store earlier this week and today and I can across two girls a girl with short black hair and short and a tall blonde woman they had the patience of a saint as I explained what I wanted and needed and were ever so helpful the blonde woman even let me know about the deal on the paint so I bought a couple I’m very happy with the service and will be back again

I have been online shopping with Art & Hobby for a fews years. However, my last shopping is/was a disaster. Using an One4all gift card I purchased 2 sets of primed canves @3 Fantastic price according to their ad online. I intended to buy 3 more sets the next day to due the 50 Euro spending limit. The first purchase arrived after I had finished the sencond purchase. It was a large box, as one would expect for '6' canvases. However, only 2 were inside. I called their office, told them the problem, item number, ad, etc. then the woman said she will check with the warehouse and call me back. She didn't. I received an email explaining the ad was an error. The price of 9.35 was for one canvas. I emailed my disgust and being ripped off and told her it was illegal to advertise at one price and sell at another. Still she apologised. But that meant nothing to me and the waste of a gift card spent on something I wouldn't have bought due to the fact Amazon and Temu have much better deals. I paid 24.70 for two canvas inc. delivery then 30.5 for the next. But they only offer a refund on the first. I was informed if I return all the items, I'll receive a full refund. It would cost me to do so, I don't drive and live in D5 area. Therefore, a couple of hours travel on public transport. The law states the company must resolve a problem which arrived through their fault to the satifactory of the customer...it has not. Warning, read all their ads VERY carefully, in fact, don't bother with them...shop at K&M Evans in city centre. I couldn't on this occasion due to they don't accept gift cards online. A&H removed the false ad as soon as I imformed. However, I have dated screenshots.

I ordered a Lego set online. It was delivered within 48hrs and delivery was free. Excellent service in what must be a hectic time of year for the staff.

Rachel at the Gorey branch has helped me so much this morning. I have searched far and wide for the worlds smallest elf on the shelf for my little boy who specifically requested it as a gift from Santa Claus. Gorey had one in stock but not available for delivery and I live in cork. After a phone call with Rachel she helped me out and was so kind. It's a Christmas miracle! My little boy will be so happy on Christmas morning. Top service and thank you! Happy Christmas!

Many thanks to the staff in Swords’s for exchanging the oil water mixable paint, when I should have bought oil paint. I buy from the shop a lot and I am very grateful that you exchanged the paint. Well done and thank you to the manager.

I have had the most wonderful experience with this company, going over and above for me. I’m not going to bore you with details but believe me when I say they’ve made my son very happy by going that extra mile for me. Especially a guy called Aidan. What a great guy, he really did everything he could and I couldn’t recommend this company enough. 100% fabulous all round.

Ordered online and the storage box of the board game was damaged. After this experience I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them, unless you physically go in to the store.

I placed an order for collection from a local store. I received an email letting me know they had received my order and would let me know when it was available. After 10 days I still hadn't heard anything. I emailed them looking for an update and received no response. I emailed a second time advising them I would be initiating a chargeback with my bank for the order. Low and behold the threat of a chargeback finally got a response. They didn't even bother with a basic "sorry". They let me know they had no idea what had happened with my order, said they would check with the web team and provided a refund. I won't waste my time with them again.

Amazing experience ordering online. I had some specific questions on a product and Richéal went above and beyond to answer my inquiries and ensure that I got exactly what I was looking for. Why do shops have 3 staff in your Ballincollig shop the girls were not helpful. All behind the counter chatting,drinking coffee, when asked for glass ink was told don't think so but you can use this, you couldn't. A customer help. It's as if the art part of the shop is going down.

If you're thinking to order online, just don't.
I put a load of stuff on sale into the cart, then at checkout it wouldn't accept my address. The address was correct, but I changed it a few times, nothing worked so I emailed them with screenshots of the error and of my cart.
Someone emailed me back the next morning... Telling me to check every item's page to see if it's out of stock or if I ordered more than they have. While doing that, I saw that one item changed to "click and collect only" in the cart. My screenshots showed that was not the case the previous night. So I sent an email response, querying it. Got no answer that day.
Hours later, I decided to throw the item out and just continue with the purchase... Only to notice my cart total was higher than it was that morning. They sneakily removed one of the items from the offer and put it back up at full price! No email, no notification, not even a message at the cart! Be careful not to get caught by such a scam when checking out! I'm done with this website, went with someone else instead for my crafting needs.
You can't get by on just being an Irish business, you know!!
