Update 18/12/24 -Totally ignored us - definitely will not be using again. We have had to pay to get handle bar repaired so we did not loose all our money to this company..... Really disappointed
We ordered a Bench for our wall bars, came without legs, promised a replacement - not happened yet!
no refund, no communication now they are just ignoring us. This is from June 24. We also ordered a pull up bar it arrived damaged minus an arm. We let them know , promised a replacement we are still waiting again they are now ignoring us. Sending a solicitor letter next, will update you and remove post once rectified. they will take your money and ignore you if things go wrong - avoid at all costs
Chasing a refund and the company keep saying it is with their accounts team but not received anything!
Been chasing it for months!
Be careful, If you have a problem with this so-called company you will not get your money back!

I order the wall bar mat from the United States. Customer service was exceptional and returned my messages and answered my inquiries within a day. The product was made well and was delivered within the time period promised. I would definitely recommend and purchase additional products from this company.
Ordered from them “oak wall bar” for my Down syndrome daughter to improve her posture sitting and walking- really helpful and reliable company, a prompt response at all my messages and received on time.

They are simply a scam
I ordered their ladder bar on Dec 14, 2023. They promised to deliver it before Christmas.
After Christmas, I have been calling them weekly to check the order status. Their answer is always the same: 'We handed over your order to the shipping company, please expect delivery in 2-3 days. No, unfortunately, I do not have a tracking number. Bye'
After 1.5 months of this 'we will deliver tomorrow' reply, I asked for a refund, which they promised to issue. Guess what - they did not, of course. It is another trick to win some time.
Now I am disputing their charge through AMEX, which will likely take another 4-8 weeks.
