Who ever is running this company is a fraud. I lost $100. No reply in spite of writing to them.

This is the absolute worst company. They say they have buyer protection and they absolutely do not. I purchased an item and after not hearing from the company for 10 days I went back to the sellers site only to find they had deleted their account. I reached out to Artfire who said the seller had 48 hours to reply back to them or I would get a refund. Well 48 hours came and went. When I asked about my refund they told me to take it up with my bank!!! Absolutely ridiculous, do not use this company!

This website is garbage. Ordered a sweatshirt about a month and a half ago. Go an email saying they’ll send a confirmation of when the item was shipped. It was never sent. I email to ask about the item and their response was that it had been delivered and to call the postal office? Email back about why not getting a confirmation email that it was being sent. No response. That’s the way they want to clean their hands. “Oh, it was sent. You need to speak to whoever deliver” I call BS.

If only, I read views before, I would’ve saved myself 150 dollars. My hard earner money down the drain. I wanted jordan shoes but never got them, such ignorant people. Pardon the language.

I ordered, paid for, and never received the jersey I ordered. It was a gift to my son. I've been scammed and he has been let down. WASTE of time and money!!!!

As a seller, it's really a waste of time, there is 0 traffic and the user interface feels like an old outdated website.

Artfire makes it impossible to cancel your subscription and there's little response from the customer support team.

I'm glad I didn't put more time in this platform, it's dead.

This site is an absolute joke. Ordered a nfl jersey 3 weeks ago and I still have not received even shipping confirmation. Reached out last week and the site gave me the seller contact info. Well he didn't respond to me directly, so with prodding from the site he gave me a generic "customer, tracking info will be sent within 1-5 business days" Then that same message came to me 2 more days in a row. Been 5 business days now from that and 3 weeks total from original order. They advertise that most items ship in 1-2 days. Yeah, don't believe that. Complete joke

Ordered two items, sweatshirt and hockey Jersey from two different sellers both in China. One month later I get the sweatshirt and it's too small. Seller refuses to pay for shipping back even though his policy says no hassle easy returns. Second item never received, been over a month now. Asked for refund and being ignored by seller. Both charges disputed via my credit card. Do not buy from this site.

I wish I could leave a negative review I ordered a jersey for my son at the end of November. I can’t get in touch and artfire says they have a lot of vendors. The vender will not answer PayPal either. I still have to wait until the end of the month. It was my son’s Christmas gift.

Total scam! They put up a fake tracking number with no shipping company. Item never arrived. Emails not answered. Fake company - don't buy!!

I agree with some of the other complaints this site deserves negative stars. I ordered three 3D printed Harley Davidson hoodies that took almost a month to arrive. When they arrived they were about 2 sizes too small. Both companies BandanaUS and Tunpod when contacted received messages from the Artfire message board that they could not help with exchange nor returns.
Buyer beware, I would not risk getting burned. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

I wish I could give negative Stars because that's how bad this website is! I purchased some Jordan 4 " what the's"... FOR $120... it seems like a good deal and the purchase went through on my credit card. But I never received the item and never got a response to any emails or telephone calls about a refund. This company is fake!!!!!!! A SCAM!!! SB REMOVED FROM THE INTERNET!!

I placed two orders and have been provided no tracking information on one order and the other shows it never was handed off to the USPS. Numerous emails and no product on either order. I will continue disputes on PayPal, but would warn you to NOT ORDER FROM ARTFIRE!!! Very frustrating even if I by some chance actually receive these some weeks down the road. Poor communication and most likely a scam.

I ordered an MLB jersey over a month ago and it has not shipped and will probably never arrive. I would not use this company under any circumstances.

well I was skeptical at first due to seeing all of the bad reviews but we received our hoodies today and wow is all I can say. The hoodies look terrific. I will definitely be ordering again.
