From the moment I stepped in the Brierley Hill showroom every aspect of my kitchen from planning, design to fitting has been brilliant.
Nothing was to much trouble for anyone.

I dont usually write reviews however what a fabulous experience I had with Aristocraft. From entry into the showroom right through from design to fitting, I felt confident I was in good hands. I was made to feel so welcome and knew early on I had made the right decision to work with such a friendly and clearly committed team. There was a minor issue with one of my items being delayed, but the team called me daily to update of its progress which ended up being only a couple of days late. There is a lot to be said about a good honest family business and this one definitely stands out as the best!! Thank you Aristocraft I will be back for my Bedrooms when I am ready.

We have been trying to get our kitchen and bedrooms sorted with Aristocraft for a few years. We have put down £2K deposits for various quotations for securing the quotation at that time. We visited Aristocraft recently and were provided updated quotes. Caroline, the director of Aristocraft, asked us to sign the new quotation without any explanation. We thought it’s just another quote as before. It turned out it’s a trap for committing their kitchen. At the time of signing, most of the details were not finalized. We have been chasing Aristocraft for the breakdown of the prices. We were told their system wouldn’t allow the price breakdown. When we got prices for appliances from e-mails eventually, we found out Aristocraft prices are much higher than other quality retailers for the appliances with the same specifications. Caroline told us we can get the appliances ourselves while Aristocraft only supplies the furniture. We were not happy with the services and asked for the deposits back. Only till then, Caroline told us the signed quotation is actually a binding contract. This is totally misleading customer behavior from Aristocraft. Even we are going to lose £2K, we still feel lucky after reading the reviews of other Aristocraft customers reviews.

Designed and ordered our kitchen with Aristocraft in Brierley hill. Had a few minor niggles when it was initially fitted but they got rectified eventually and it looked beautiful once finally installed….however, We soon came to realise that ergonomically it didn’t quite work for us. The location of the fridge, ovens, freezer, hob and cutlery drawer are all too close together and family members keep getting in each others way, which can be really annoying….5-6 years on and some of our gloss white cupboard doors have started to go yellow. We now have some white and some yellow. We contacted Aristocraft to explain the issue and we were told that the doors only had a 5 year guarantee and there was nothing they could do. This is absolutely appalling quality and service. You would expect £13,000 worth of kitchen units to last much longer than 6 years. We now either have to live with the multi-coloured doors or pay again to replace them. Soooo disappointing and we definitely don’t recommend investing in your home with Aristocraft.

They could listen to their clients concerns instead of ignoring them.
Reply to correspondence and compensate for their failings. It was all very stressful.

Ordered a 1909 In frame slab kitchen from Aristocraft Brierley Hill store in April 2022 for supply only for £13K, as we wanted a quality kitchen, they were cheaper than another local stockist, and a work colleague had recently had a kitchen from them as well which he was pleased with but he did warn me about the aftersales service as he'd had some troubles with missing bits, things not fitting etc. What followed can only be described a comedy of errors and incompetence on a grand scale with scant disregard for their customers once they have your money

Salesman was very nice (though all salesman are as its their job) and he assured us they'd be with us every step of the way until completion, and they didn't step away once delivery had taken place.
Kitchen arrived later than advised initially (but Aristocraft did notify us of this so credit to them for that), which I guess was out of their control.
Their courier turned on the revised date, but this is when the problems started
When had multiple issues running into double figures such missing & damaged items
Went back up the showroom & Aristocraft claimed to know nothing about the missing items even though it was clearly marked on the outside of the boxes and all the boxes had been through their warehouse and had been opened and resealed as the 1909 tape had been cut through - luckily we took photographs as proof. Basically they didn't want to know at the showroom and told us to ring their customer services team (which aren't located at the showroom, but they won't tell you where they are, so you are stuck with contacting them on the phone or via email both of which will try your patience)
Their female after sales service team are not technical people, they are there just to answer the phones and take messages (when you can get through to them as the phones very often just ring out) and it is hard work trying to explain fitting issues to them when they have never fitted a kitchen in theirs lives.
Kitchen is now only just finished in March '23 some 8 months after delivery
Luckily I fitted it myself, it would have been a nightmare if I had had tradesmen in as I would had to have kept getting them back which i suspect would not have been easy once the initial fitting slot had passed as they'd have moved onto other jobs.
Expect months of hassle with hours and hours wasted on the phone and writing emails if you buy from Aristocraft. I will never ever have anything off them again as its been the worst experience of my life trying to get this kitchen finished. If I could give a zero stars I would. You've been warned
