Shame about the delivery
The flowers, candle and card were really lovely, but the delivery was sent to the wrong address, creating a headache for the recipient. It would have been great if there was a place to put more detail in for the delivery. DPD sent a really ambiguous photograph at the end which made it impossible to locate the delivery. It was a lot of uneccessary hassle.

Hi Tamsin,
We are pleased to hear that the gifts were lovely but sorry to hear about the delivery issue and the headache it caused. DPD sent you tracking information and this is where you could have added any instructions required. If we can assist any further please let us know.

Beautiful rose lilies exactly as pictured. Arrived in perfect condition where some where still buds and others where just opening so it was lovely to see how they would look like. They were fragrant but no pollen so can be enjoyed without sneezing. Very elegant bouquet xx
