Very happy with my experience! My mum was so surprised and happy to receive the flowers. They were gorgeous and very well packaged and present. I was recommended by a friend and I’d definitely order again and recommend to family/friends. Service on point and delivery was very good. Kept inform through the whole process.

We began with a 6 month gift subscription in January and have been so impressed we have extended this now to an automatic monthly classic bouquet.
It is a great way of gifting for birthdays etc. A thoughtful regular gift for the lovers of fresh flowers.

Needs Better Quality Control
Receiving these flowers was a lovely surprise and a very thoughtful gift. Unfortunately, I can't give a positive review because the quality fell well below expectations.
Several flowers were completely missing, leaving only empty stems. This was clearly not damage caused during transport, as the flowers simply weren't in the package to begin with. It seems the bouquet was assembled without proper quality control before dispatch.
The gesture itself was wonderful, but the product quality was disappointing. I hope the company pays much closer attention to quality checks before sending future orders.

Subscribe only if you want half dead flowers
I subscribed to a 12 month service and have to date received 2 deliveries. Both deliveries have been of flowers half dead and not befitting the anniversary I was hoping to celebrate through the year. If it was possible to provide pictures of this travesty to flowers I would post it. You have been warned. The customer service wasn’t great either having argued with me on the phone then failed to provide a full refund but instead held back £50 for flowers that were completely dead within 2-3 days.
