Great experience. Had been trying to track down a Deerhunter jacket for a while when came across ArdMoor. Was unsure of the size so phoned Customer Service for help. They confirmed the item was in stock. Checked the measurement for me by actually getting the item and measuring pit to pit. Phoned me back within the hour. I ordered, the jacket was dispatched immediately and i received it the following day on tracked Royal Mail. Great service. Will be looking to shop here again. Thanks!

I have used Ardmoor for a number of years now as my 1st and only provider of choice for wellington, I did muck up my very first order as I'd incorrectly pressed the wrong size, a few e mails and was well sorted by an excellent customer service team who were impeccable throughout.

As usual, superb and efficient service, providing well made and excellent outdoor products which match their descriptions exactly.

Had been searching for nearly a month for a quality, wool felt fedora with leather band and finally found Ardmoor. Their Deerhunter Adventurer Hat is exactly what I've been looking for - it's a great fit, great colour and the leather band with buckle is excellent quality. The communication from Ardmoor's customer service department has been very welcome. There may be cheaper hats available but I'm more than happy with both this product and this company. My first time purchasing from them and I hope to buy again.

It is reassuring that a decent UK Company can go head to head with the big boys. Was looking for a good New Years sale to buy binoculars. They ended up being the cheapest in the UK, and with service, superstar postage. You can drop Ebay, Etsy, Amazon.....because Ardmore have quality , service and prices that beat them !

Very poor information regarding delivery time. Turns out available on the website doesn't mean they have it in stock!! Now may be waiting a couple of weeks for delivery due to christmas but this was not clearly relayed before ordering.

They have an easy-to-use website and a wide range of products on it. I'd never heard of the company, so did the usual review checks, but couldn't find anything that worried me. I ended up ordering a couple of jackets (for wildlife photography) in their black Friday sales, which is always a risk when they're also brands that you've never used before. Their prices, even without the added discounts, were very competitive, but the added discount always makes it feel like you've nabbed a bargain. The order was processed fairly quickly, but one of the jackets had to be ordered from the manufacturer (which I was aware of when I placed the order), so I knew I would have to wait a few days extra for it. After only a couple of days, I received an email update to say that the order had been dispatched and it arrived in a respectable time too. Unfortunately, one of the jackets was a little bigger than I hoped for, so I visited their returns portal and requested an exchange. Their portal enabled me to send it back, for exchange, at their cost. That was on a Saturday afternoon, so by the time I printed the label and got it dropped in at a community post office counter, it was then not scheduled to be in the system until Monday morning. It's now Friday afternoon in the same week and I've just received the replacement jacket, I don't think anybody can complain about a service like that. Whilst hesitant about ordering from them in the first instance, I do think that they'll now be my first point of contact, when I'm next looking for outdoor gear. Thank you for a great service!

I really appreciate the communication from Ardmoor when the product stock was delayed. Why can't all company's send you a simple email and just let you know.

Looked a great company and ordered a pair of working trousers. After slow delivery trousers were. 34 waist but more like 30 as they we’re extremely small. So had to return and also had to pay £3.50 to return an item which was clearly not the size stated. First and last time for this company. Shame as trousers were good and company looks good but not again.

I was browsing the web for mens rain jackets and a Gilet and came upon Ardmore Outdoor Clothing Specialists. It is an absorbing website with great brand names oozing history, Heritage and Quality at very competitive prices. I opted to call Customer Services on a couple of issues regarding sizing and was ably and professionally assisted by Leah Gillie whose manner and product knowledge helped us to quickly overcome any doubts I had. She was very reassuring and very customer facing. My purchases were despatched on 48hrs RM Tracked service and arrived in the time frame agreed. Sadly one item was deemed too small but this was very efficiently dealt with by Leah who issued a returns postage label with clear returning instructions and confirmed a new garment of the right size would be despatched softly upon receipt of the incorrect item. 'This is good old fashioned service with a smile '' in my book and very rare these days in retailing but especially online selling ...and special treat ....the benefit of ringing a landline with a real person to discuss a problem or query. Bravo Leah and Anthony Stodart.......I can't Praise either yourselves or the Company enough ...A tremendous purchasing experience ..equal or better than having to visit a store in person .....I will be looking to buy again and to recommend your organisation to friends and relatives alike ....
