Arctic Cabins Anmeldelser

Our first contact with Matt Burton the sales rep was great, no hard sell necessary as the cabins and reviews speak for themselves. We picked our layout and options very easily and our installation date was provided straight away - 5 weeks!

After we placed our order we were kept informed at each step, from after sales team who provided lots of useful guides and tips/tricks from other owners.

Installation day soon came around and we must have had the worst wet weather for months, where I was half expecting the team to postpone; this was not the case as they arrived at 07:30am ready to start straight away. This is the part that surprised me the most as the lads who carried out the install deserve a special mention as they are an absolute credit to the business as they worked so hard during poor conditions, didn’t stop for a break for nearly 12hrs and came across so polite and friendly, even explaining how much they both love their jobs - special shout out to Tod and Adam - thank you!

Other than that we are so happy with the cabin, quality and experience from start to finish - if you are considering buying one go for it.

Thanks
Gordon

First class design, service, delivery and product.

Great fitters company kept me up to date and the cabin is amazing. There is nothing more I can say other than get one. You won’t regret it.

Amazing cabin and speedy installation

We had our Artic Cabin installed today and apart from it being much bigger in our garden than I remember it being in the showroom 🙄, the whole experience has been flawless. The salesman , Matt , could not have been more attentive and helpful, he came out to do the survey and has been checking in regularly through the whole process. The installation guys turned up ridiculously early ( a positive in my opinion ) and they just cracked on with it and were finished by mid day. The cabin itself is good as we expected, we went for the insulated ' solar ' option without the BBQ, the plan being to use it as a guest bedroom when needed. I would recommend the company, we purchased it from their showroom in Studley Garden centre in Warwickshire.

Grand efforts of the installation team, a wonderful job well executed. The sales process easy and staff supportive. Please file me in your happy customer folder. :-)

I am delighted with my Arctic Cabin
The company was very efficient and very easy to deal with

Absolutely Outstanding Product and Service.

We started looking at Cabins over 12 months ago and looked at other manufacturers but found Arctic Cabins to be the best in the market place and very accomodative to our needs. The Sales Rep Andy was outstanding and very patient.
So impressed were we with the product that we actually purchased 2
The insulation team were also excellent - what a wonderful experience

From start to finish the service was excellent. Andrew, Alex plus 1 were absolutely fantastic. Great service, quality and very polite. Fautless.

Once we decided to purchase a 10M2 Arctic Cabin and contacted the company to place an order they couldn't have been more helpful. Deposit paid, instalment date booked and on the day the 2 guys were with us just before 7AM, worked solidly assembling the cabin, tidying away everything before then going through the instructions for use making sure we fully understood. Having also purchased another cabin from them 13 years ago I would highly recommend Arctic Cabins as a professional company, selling top quality products. Will be a real pleasure to have all year round use from our cabin.

What a great team of installers you have, Adam and Tod were on site at 07:15 ready to get on with the days work. Everything went very smoothly, and I am really pleased with the result.

A very easy buying experience and a very good product. I'm using it every evening.

Absolutely delighted with our cabin/ bar.
From start to finish the company was superb.

We really only went to the show-site to have a look, but as soon as we saw the cabins that was it, our minds were made up, and we ordered a 10 square metre one there and then! We were guided through the process by Jake, who couldn’t have been more helpful, but he wasn’t at all pushy, just very knowledgeable, thank you Jake!
Our cabin was installed a week ago and we love it! The weather was very kind to us. The installers, Adam and Tod, were fantastic. When we explained that our disabled grandson might struggle with just one step outside the cabin, they then converted it into two steps for us. They definitely went the extra mile!
We’re looking forward to spending many happy hours in our new cabin, whatever the weather, can’t wait!

We have recently had a 10m Arctic Bar installed in our garden, wow we absolutely love it, the best buy we have ever made, in it most evenings!
The whole team at Arctic Cabins have been brilliant from David that sold it to us thank you! to Nikki/ Deborah & Rob in Customer services & the installation team (Ben) would totally recommend this Company a pleasure to deal with and a fantastic product

We had a fantastic experience with Arctic Cabins. David Lees was our first point of contact at Hampton Court Flower Show. We found him extremely helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish. The two fitters worked tirelessly on the day of installation despite the increment weather. Absolutely delighted with the cabin. Would highly recommend this company.

From our initial telephone conversation with David, we have nothing but praise for Artic cabins. We made the journey from south wales to the view site and David was extremely helpful and accommodating for our needs. The quality of the cabins are outstanding which made an easy decision for us to purchase one. Two gentlemen arrived on time and worked non stop for a perfect finish! From start to finish we have nothing but praise for Dave and staff from Artic cabins. Can’t thank you enough!

Excellent costume services,
Good quality cabins with a fast delivery on a date to suit you with the same day installation with a quality Finnish

I would just like to say how great Jake from Arctic cabins had been from start to finish, kept in touch all the way from going to see the cabins at Nottingham to the finished cabin at home , the two lads who came to build the cabin where very nice and polite it was a pleasure to do business with all three I can’t recommend Jake and the lads enough absolutely 5 star company.

Our cabin was sold to us by Jake, at Bardills. He was happy to answer questions and give us space to look around. Never felt pushy and it really felt like he did his best to get us the cabin the was right for our lifestyle and needs.

Our cabin was installed just over a week ago. Ben and Rob who came to put it up were wonderful and efficient. They even let out daughter (and dog) watch them the whole time, and ask questions (the daughter, not the dog).

Now it's up we have spent every day in it, working and enjoying BBQs. It's perfect. The grill is easy to maintain/clean. It is comfortable and we absolutely love it.

The owners group on Facebook is also a really nice touch because it helps you feel part of a community and easily access hints and tips for maintenance, decor etc. The recipe book is brilliant and we have tried out a couple of recipes already.

Lastly, if you're into DnD it's perfect. The DM was even using the lighting to add ambiance. Brilliant!!! Couldn't recommend strongly enough!
