I bought a product manufactured by Aqualux but sold by B&Q. One very small part not fitting. Absolute brilliant support from Faith in Sales Admin. Spare part arrived next working day.

I have been dealing with Richard Hunt in your spares office. To say that he bent over backwards to assist me is putting it mildly. It has been a long time since I had such an employee assist me as much as Richard has. He is without doubt a credit to your business.

We received a faulty seal in a new shower screen and was initially reluctant to send it back - just assumed it would take ages to resolve - so we tried to live with it. Unfortunately, the screen leaked at the location of the fault, so we thought it best to get in touch. Should've done it sooner, as the service was excellent! Tanya sorted a replacement to be sent out to us right away, can't get better than that!

Great fast service from customer services. Also, great that Aqualux offers a spares service, not all Company’s do!

Recently after having a few problems with a shower door, I was in touch with two fabulous girls. Saskia and Hannah both were very efficient and helped to overcome the problems. In today’s life it was very good to be looked after so well. Aqualux should be very proud of them. Thank you girls.

We recently purchased a property that had one of their steam cabins,Tanya in customer services was very helpful even though she informed me that it was an older model and they no longer manufactured this item or had spare parts for it. Previous owners had left no product manual on the unit but Tanya kindly forwarded pdf manual, back to the drawing board.

Order out of stock due to recent difficulties. We were e-mailed and kept up to date with the situation. Great customer service, so happy to wait.

Faith quickly answered my query over email and pointed me in the direction of the spare parts I needed.

We purchased shower door (sliding 1200mm) from Screw-fix. The delivery was prompt. My plumber came after 3 weeks to fix the door and spotted tat one of the magnetic door closure strip was missing.

The customer service provided by Richard and his team was great. They have tried various options, sent me couple of strips until we found the correct one. I really appreciate their intentions to help and resolve the issue.
Strongly recommend them.

Called to check details on a product I had purchased from a large department store years before in the hope they could help me. Before I even finished my sentence the gentleman on the phone had told me the product code for the item and another product code for another item I may need :)

I called Aqualux looking for a replacement shower bar. I spoke to Tanya who was extremely helpful and she called me back when she said she would. She was able to source the part I needed and emailed me a link to it.
