We have used Appeal Home Shading in the past and are very happy with the quality and look of the products.
The process does take a number of weeks from the point of order to installation but the communication is excellent and you are kept fully informed.
Installed by Paul Coomber who explained everything thoroughly. Very happy with the end result.

We purchased three automatic blinds from Appeal Shading the other year, unfortunately we experience a problem with one of the blinds. On contacting their service department they could not have been more understanding and helpful. An engineer was dispatched (Julian) who attended immediately and ascertained the problem which was dealt with it in a very efficient and professional manner. It is unusual these days to find a company who offer such good customer aftercare. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, if you are looking for blinds of a high quality then you could do no better than contacting Appeal.

Paul Coomber efficiently installed the beautiful blinds in our conservatory. The whole process was smooth and communication excellent.

After moving into a fabulous new house in Cornwall we decided we needed an awning outside our massive 5 pane bifold doors. We had a few people come round to show us products and provide a quote but Appeal impressed us the most. The awning was fitted today and it looks fabulous. The quality and sturdiness of the product cannot be faulted.
The fitters Charles & Tom kept us informed about arrival time and they acted very professionally, demonstrating their expertise by completing the job very efficiently. They were very polite and explained the features of the blind very well. We are looking forward to using the awning and would highly recommend this company and all their products.

Today we had our blinds installed and it has been a very positive experience from start to finish. Paul Coomber was the installer and he has been a pleasure to have in our home. He came to measure the blinds on his first visit and then came back to fit them. He explained how they worked, set the app up on my phone and set each room up. He didn't rush any part of the process. We have used Appeal before and are impressed by the products. We have just had some more blinds fitted and are very pleased with them. Julian was very polite and professional. He did our survey and then returned to fit the blinds. He arrived on time and explained what he was doing and tidied up after the installation. Would recommend Appeal and would use them again.

Paul C did a great job installing our insect blinds. Good product - very discreet and good quality. Almost invisible when closed. The only negative is how long it took to wait for the blinds to be manufactured.

Initially made contact with Ruth who was our contact for the design stage. She explained the whole process from fitting to payments. Ryan Marks was our surveyor and then came to fit. Again, all was explained and everything was very smooth. Ryan made sure we were happy with everything before he left. Really happy with the end product.
