We have been recently refreshing our equipment and operational processes. Throughout that period, our account manager Andy Hinchliff has supported us in this process with ideas and solutions. The implementation has been smooth and as a result, we are much more efficient in how we operate. I recommend Andy without hesitation.

Apogee Corporation delivers decent service. Engineers like Matt and Colin are friendly and efficient, resolving IT printer issues quickly. While the customer support is professional and helpful, some experiences could be smoother. Overall, Apogee manages to meet expectations most of the time, making it a reliable but not exceptional choice for business IT needs.

Bartosz, the agent I spoke with, was very patient and helpful in trying to solve my printer problem.

Had to deal with Netea Pop for setting up remote access for our copier. Very effecient and friendly. Everything was done in 5 minutes.

We had a great experience from an IT Support Engineer Richard Russell. He was very friendly and professional from the start. He was able to sort a lot of requests in an hours time. I would definitely recommend him!

We are a small charity and have been customers of Apogee for many years. We find the staff are always incredibly helpful and do all they can to help and support. That is in everything from deciding which machine we need, installation, maitenance and any issues we need support with. Received great service from our onsite engineer Norman John Engineer @ Homerton Hospital, London E9. Was given a solution for our printer issue with a temporary replacement whilst part was ordered. Replaced part was ordered and installed within a short time frame. Printer issue resolved and rectified all done with a great professional attitude not forgetting a smile. Total understanding of the importance that the machine has to enable us with our daily workload.

A big thank you to Netea who helped us with a mis-delivery of items. It meant we have been unable to use our printer for a couple of days but as soon as I got in touch, she dealt with the problem, ensured we had what we needed, and also opened an investigation with the courier company. This was all done in a polite, professional and friendly way. Always difficult as the fault was not with her but she took the responsibility for sorting out the problem and we are grateful for her help.

Colin is a credit to Apogee. Always fixes the issues. Polite kind and very understanding.

Our engineer is Colin Samuel from Apogee. I can honestly say nothing is to much trouble, always there to get us up and running as quickly as possible when a fault occurs. Fully understands the needs of a commercial production print company, and makes every effort to work around our hectic schedule.

Ria and Nick were complete professionals and connected my laptop to the printer seamlessly. I cannot speak highly enough of the service they provided. And all with a friendly smile.

A member of your consumables management team went above and beyond to sort our problem of delivery to another client out, we share a building and all our consumables weren't being delivered to us, this young lady went out of her way to help us out and sorted the problem. We have spoken to numerous people within this team over the past 18months who haven't sorted this problem, but Netea has, well done her!
