We have been using the company for years for smaller copiers. We are very happy with the service.
Apogee has just installed two new curriculum copiers.
The whole process went smooth, and the copiers were, ready and set up in no time.

Great service from onsite engineer! We are several years in to our Apogee contract and the best thing about it whenever there is a fault we always get the same engineer (Nicky Black). Response times are great - usually same day or early the next. He is super knowledgeable about all our 30+ devices; goes above and beyond each time he is onsite; is polite and friendly … if 6 stars are available he would get it. The Apogee service is pretty good generally, the only slight complaint would be occasionally the auto ordering of toner does not work and we have to order manually but this is rare. We had a Xerox contract before and that was awful - Apogee are much better!

This company allows anybody to sign a contract on behalf of a business and will tie you in to a long expensive contract with no way of getting out unless you pay a huge fee. We haven't used any printing equipment supplied from them yet get billed thousands of pounds per year. We have had their printing equipment locked away inside a cabinet for circa the last 2 years. The staff wont work with you to get anything resolved and happy to take your money for a service which is non existent, literally. No solutions have been offered to a struggling business apart from paying more than £10k to terminate a contract that was never authorised to be signed.

Courier services missed the toner delivery on time, but Netea handled my phone call amazingly and got it sorted immediately. Amazing service by the team. Keep it up!

Whenever I have a problem, which doesn't happen often, my fault request is always fixed within a day, communication is good at keeping me up-to-date with what is happening

Very friendly engineer, (Nicky Black), answered my questions and explained what was wrong.

I cannot praise Sam Tasker enough, he was polite, friendly, couteous and sorted my issue out within 10 minutes, giving me peace of mind :)

We honestly cannot recommend Apogee highly enough. From day one, the service has been absolutely first class. They supplied us with a nearly new Konica Minolta AccurioPress C3070L and the entire process from installation to ongoing support has been seamless, professional and genuinely stress-free.

A massive shoutout has to go to Paul Cooper, who has been nothing short of outstanding throughout. Paul always goes above and beyond to make sure we are fully operational, whether it’s organising toner deliveries before we even realise we’re running low, checking in to make sure everything is performing perfectly or helping us quickly resolve the smallest issue before it becomes a problem.

That level of service is incredibly rare these days.

The machine itself has been phenomenal, reliable and producing incredible print quality day in, day out.

It has genuinely helped us increase productivity, improve turnaround times for customers, and maintain the high standards we pride ourselves on

What really separates Apogee from other suppliers is that they don’t just feel like a supplier, they feel like part of our team. Their communication is excellent, response times are rapid, and you can tell they genuinely care about keeping your business moving.

If you’re considering a print partner or upgrading your equipment, speak to Apogee and definitely ask for Paul Cooper. You won’t regret it!

Bartosz from Kent has been very helpful. He continually kept in contact with me, and has assured me my magenta cartridge will arrive by noon today. He should be a valued member of your team, and in my opinion deserves a promotion !

Netea Pop - superb customer service. I have always struggled with using the portal and she supported me throughout, made sure I had the full access I required and gave me clear instructions on what I need to do and how I can check our machines.
