This is the second time I have used APH in as many years. Both times the process has been quick and simple.

Drop off car in secure premises near Gatwick, hand over keys to friendly staff, they park car for you.

Didn't need to wait for a shuttle bus as already there, takes around 10 minutes to get to terminals. Bus drivers always helps with the suitcases and also friendly.

Then when returning, get on shuttle bus (waited less than 10 minutes) give receipt back at secure car park in exchange for keys then find car in carpark and drive off (entering exit code at gate).

For people worried about their cars, I have not had any issues on my experiences. I recently bought a new car the week before the holiday and was aprehensive about leaving it, however i can track the location and milage off my car on an app. The car remained in the same spot of the carpark for the duration of our holiday, with no increase im mileage. Will definitely use APH again.

P.s. I am not being paid for this review nor getting a discount etc. Just wanted to give good feedback where due.

Extremely easy!
Obvious sign posting to car parking, also email ahead of time has clear directions.
Dropped right outside reception, checked car in and straight onto bus to terminals. Both bus drivers helpful and friendly.
Very easy collection coming home.
Great price will definitely use for every holiday.

Excellent service. First time I've used airport parking and I was very impressed. Hassle free and brilliant customer service from start to finish. Will definitely use them again.

It was so convenient to pull up to their reception desk to off load and check in. Their buses are always ready to take to take passengers at frequent times. We lost their contact details flying back and the bus driver radioed ahead to have our car waiting for us.

APH Gatwick-excellent service provided by the reception team and bus driver. Always very welcoming with a consistently positive attitude. The drivers are incredibly helpful, always assisting with luggage and making the journey comfortable and stress-free. Great experience every time – truly outstanding service!

Not officially meet and greet. Met by dodgy bloke in high Vis who refused to show ID, proof he worked for APH and no evidence of UK driving license. They then demanded cash so he could get the car out of the short stay carpark. He also refused to say where the car was going other than 3 to 6 miles away. Eventually he left and we had to park elsewhere. Avoid APH at all costs had they had no interest in my complaint

Great service. Fast completion of the window ordering and fitting. The lads who fitted it were great. Very good at their work and professional. Would Definitely use aph again in the future.

Trying to book carparking at Gatwick in August, using clubcard voucher from Tesco, £160.
Fill in all details on APH website, when it comes to pay should be a box to click regarding a voucher number, box does not appear.
APH call centre not available or is car park tel no at Gatwick. Think this could be a scam. My tel no is 07737 935310

We had originally booked airport car parking down the road from APH, which was a total disaster (GAPS parking DO NOT USE!).
At 2:30am it left us in a pickle with no parking for 10 days while we were on holiday! Got online and managed to find APH parking. They were so good at accommodating us at such short notice and I can't thank them enough for all there help and support when we were so distressed and been let down by the other company which we pre-booked months ago! Lesson learned to book with APH next time!
Everything was very effective and easy at APH, very fiendly staff on the shuttle bus to the airport and at the reception .

Great service on outbound journey but had to wait half an hour in the early hours for our car to be dropped off to us when we just wanted to get home. Car had dirty footprints inside. Paid a premium for a premium service and sadly this fell short of that !

Having had several awful meet and greet experiences lately we wanted an off site parking option and APH came up. We've used them in the past but not for a while and we were so impressed. We arrived at Gatwick following the clear instructions and were met by two smiling ladies. We boarded the waiting bus and the bus stop is just a few minutes walk from the terminal. On the return, our flight was cancelled and we ended up landing about 12 hours later than planned. They have a grace period until midnight so we were not charged which was one less thing to stress about. We were greeted on to the waiting bus with a smile and given a hand with our cases. Then on arrival, more smiles and directions to our car which was waiting in a good sized space. Great service and totally reliable. Wouldn't park anywhere else for Gatwick now and will look for APH at others airports too. Thank you for a smooth experience!

We used their services for our holiday earlier this year and found them very easy and efficient to us.
The booking system is very easy to use and you can contact them pretty much anytime of the day or night.
We were met at the south terminal at 5am by Ros. He was waving at us enthusiastically as we come to the parking area and was very happy and polite considering the time we had arrived. He had everything ready for a very smooth change over, and within minutes, we were on our way!
Well done "Meet and greet" and well done Ros. we hope to get to meet you again on our next visit as we will certainly be using your services again :o)

Use every time we go abroad.
This time, my husband realised he has left his vape in our car once we got to terminal so I rang APH to ask them if they could get it out of our car, as weather was going to be extremely hot and didn’t want it exploding in car whilst away. Guy on phone said he would send someone to look for it and then put in lost property for our return.
On our return guys looked in lost property and also in their safe but couldn’t find it but assured us our car hadn’t blown up whilst away. So we said don’t worry as that’s all we were worried about. Went to car park and was just having a quick look for it in case they didn’t find it. Was just getting in car when one of the men at reception came to our car and gave us the vape which was wrapped in a piece of paper with a note and he had missed it but had another look for it once we had left. Went over and above what we expected of them

I recently used APH SELF PARK at Gatwick Airport and was really happy with the service I received and can highly recommend APH to anyone looking for a safe and secure parking option whilst away on holiday. I chose the self park option because I'm very fussy where I leave my car. I wanted to pick my own parking space and keep my keys. Directions were clear, checking in process was smooth with friendly office staff. The parking spaces are a decent size and there's plenty to choose from when you are given a section of self park areas. The bus transfers were easy with no stress and the drivers were also friendly. I will definitely use APH SELF PARK Gatwick on my next trip abroad.

We had to cancel our booking, and I appreciate it was only the day before travelling as advised by my doctor. I had a GP's letter for insurance purposes which I offered to send them. I only saw the doctor on that day and advised APH the same day. I would not have accepted a refund, but I asked to use the payment for a future booking. It's very disappointing they would not carry issue us with a credit. I would not recommend APH and would ask they review they're policy for genuine changes supported by a GP's letter.

In France. Left my EV with APH and paid for a 30kWh charge. My car tells me they've added 27Kwh Rang and told them that I could be short of charge to travel home. Answer.....the 'manager' told me "we added 30kwh and your car required 3kw to pre-condition the battery". That is total BS!! They charge using a 7kw charger and pre-conditioning is not required unless you charge using a high voltage DC charger. In addition, the external temperature was 20 degrees C, and the car had been driven for 8 miles, so the battery was 'already preconditioned'
They have charged me £30 for charging with 27Kw, which works out at £1.11 per kW/h.....and the motorway services only charge £0.85 per Kw/h
Last time I will be using them!!

Used APH at Gatwick from the 4th to the 18th June .
Their price for the stay was the best I could find .
Easy to find , going into garden centre first was different.
Staff amazing friendly and efficient. Reception area bright and clean . Bus good to terminal and drivers both ways very helpful.
Sending a text with a ref number as soon as your return is great car ready when we arrived back .
Will definitely use again and recommend them .Keep up the good work

We parked at APH at Gatwick for a week. Unfortunately my partner dropped his wallet whilst getting cases out of car - he thought he had left it in the car. Scott emailed me whilst on holiday to inform me that he had found it at side of the car and had put it in the safe, to collect on our return this was such a relief. So highly recommend.

Used APH Gatwick for the first time from June 16th - 26th. The experience from booking to picking up my car was excellent. Booking easy, communication, directions very good. Dropped car off and dealt with promptly and professionally. Bus arrived within minutes to take us to the airport. On return quick text and confirmation received with directions to pick up the bus which arrived within minutes. Luggage put onto the bus by APH staff and picking up car took 5 minutes. Will definitely be booking again.
