Manipulating company
Very manipulating company which is clearly trained to in a way to take tactically take peoples money during desperate and emotional times. They claim it takes time to make the posters they charge hundreds to nearly 1000 pounds when it is very simply a colourful poster which is a basic template which they copy and paste for each pet. Nothing is crazy special or personalised about it, the only personalised thing is your address, details and pets picture which is standard. It’s very easy to replicate the posters and do for much cheaper. If your using the company id only advise using their free service and if they call demanding money do not answer. It is a trap they have when you use there so called free service which obviously will attract many people because they use your details you put in to use that free service to call you and manipulate you to pay them hundreds of pounds. They use things like people’s insurances to gain money so be careful what you put in their website as they ask you certain questions to get information from you so they can call you and rob you. Don’t fall for it. Don’t answer their calls and if they call hang up if you don’t want to be robbed. They don’t care about your pets just your money so please be very cautious.

For those who want additional support, we offer optional packages that include services like dedicated call handling, printed materials, and wider exposure. These are never forced, and all costs are explained clearly before anything is confirmed. We also inform customers when their pet insurance might cover some or all of the service, so they can make the best choice for their situation.
Our team is made up of real people who genuinely care, and we’re always trying to do right by both pets and their families. We're sorry our service didn’t meet your expectations, but we are constantly working to improve and your feedback will be shared with the team.

All they care about it gaining money…
All they care about it gaining money from people they don’t genuinely care about finding pets at all. It’s a scam where they ring you at times of vulnerability to gain money charging hundreds for printed photos. They don’t like to give you the full information including costs or what is included. What they include is not worth the money at all you are better of printing pictures in the library and saving hundreds of pounds please don’t fall for it or use their service it should be taken down. Complete rip of waste of money I do not recommend or will ever use again.

I couldn't thank these people enough. My case was live pretty quick. Luckily after 50 hours, my cat returned home. Don't know where she was, I am so relieved she's home.

To think I put my trust into this…
To think I put my trust into this company and than I was scammed on the phone line so obviously to the other people who use this company please be mindful of scammers calling you claiming to have your pet and then demanding money to be done as a card payment before your pet can be picked up from the vets in a two hour time slot the following day I still got a missing cat who I love dearly and in the process been scammed it’s hard enough to have the worry of losing a pet without scammers taking advantage of thier vulnerability it’s shocking to think we live in a world that’s so cruel n scammers stope so low to the other people who use this site please be mindful and I hope you do get reunited with your lost pets in a safe and respectful way but don’t fall for the same mistake I made x

Comforting service during times of stress
When your pet goes missing it's difficult to know what to do, or where to start. Having a step by step guide, provided in a way that is comforting and supportive is an absolute life line.
The ability to tap into a wonderful community that will help as they can, to bring your pet back home is so, so much appreciated.
My cat went missing for four days, and during thag time, the service Animal Search UK provided helped so much. I have already recommended them to friends and neighbors.

Very helpful to spread the word about my lost cat- although after 4 days and serious injuries, my cat Tilly found her way home and is now recovering at Vet hospital nearby. Reassuring that others care and are willing to help you find your beloved family pet.

Initial poor experience with advisory team
Update: I have received a call the following morning from a lovely lady, Alisha, who was very helpful and knowledgeable and has given me some great tips for my search for my missing cat. It was very reassuring talking to her, thank you!
My cat has been missing for 6 days and in my search for more ideas on how to possibly find him I have come across the animalsearchuk website, which I have found very informative. I felt impressed enough by it and by the trustpilot reviews to seriously contemplate to employ the services of their search team. As it is not a cheap service, after registering my cat, I decided to first contact them through their online chat for advice which I am copying here:
Hi Elliot, I had lost my cat 6 days ago and just registered him with yourself.
Elliott: Okay. How can I help?
I have searched the neighbourhood and talked to neighbours, and placed posters but so far I haven’t found him.
I would appreciate some advice on how can I find him.
Elliott: Some things that can work are putting out the litter tray, a blanket that smells like them/yourself, and of course a bit of their food. If they sleep in a crate or has a bed, putting that out can help as well. Basically anything that is familiar or smells like them and home.
I have tried that.
Elliott: Okay, those are the most common tips. I'm afraid I don't have any other ideas.
I was a bit shocked on how quickly the conversation was cut short and sadly I saw nothing of the care, knowledge and reassurance other reviewers experienced with the company. Maybe I was just unlucky with this particular operator, but he has definitely put me off of going for their paid services.

Vital reuniting service
Owner friendly, fantastic free to use service, that puts reuniting owners with their missing/stolen furry family members as it's priority. Their service greatly supplements other agencies. And is a vital service.

Take money, don’t give the service!
This company took my money to advertise over social media re my missing cat. I’ve heard nothing from them. Went to online chat the other day, they said they’d get back to me & never did. I just did another chat & same spiel again, they’ll get someone to ring me tomorrow. Do not use this company, you have been warned.

These guys were amazing when I lost my cat. The leaflets and posters were gorgeous quality. I got loads of calls with possible sightings and photos, some emails too. If I didn't answer they kept trying until I did. Although he was found through word of mouth in the end (after 22 days), it was a beautiful, caring and really well organized service which I would use again for sure. I hope I will never need to :)

My cat went missing for the first time…
My cat went missing for the first time ever. I was completely lost and posted her all over social media, and received a call from Animal search about professional advertising, using their posters and flyers it led to someone making contact on a sighting of my cat, she was gone two weeks and I honestly thought I'd never see her again. Without those posters/flyers, no one could have reported her. They were very thorough, kind and empathetic to the situation I was in so I appreciated their assistance. Deffo recommend using their service. Thank you so much for reuniting me with my cat.
