This was my first experience with this company. The product arrived in the expected time scale and well packaged, my dog has not been using it for long but our vet recommended it as she is 12 years old now and slowing down. I would hesitate to use this company again.

I’m struggling to even give this company 1 star. I would avoid them at all costs. They sent wrong item it’s now day 4 and I’m still waiting for a reply to my email in request to return item. Let’s not forget £4.99

Charged for products i didn't even order!
I emailed customer service to see how I could return some products and didn't hear back, then I was charged a second time and sent more products I did not ask for! Went on my account and there's no active subscriptions or any evidence of any orders made! Not happy.

Excellent Product
Fast delivery, excellent product, noticeable difference in the dogs condition and mood.
I’ve been using for around 18months and previously purchased via Amazon, now buy direct as it is more cost effective.

All been good . Subscribed and right price . Find the salmon skin capsules are keeping my labs interdigital cysts away . Also the capsules much easier than than the liquid no mess or smell .

Good products but points system expire quickly
Aniforte have a points system and these expire quite quickly. I had accumulated a large number and they have expired. discourages me from ordering again as I have lost the points I collected. I do not like the new packaging, not airtight anymore.
