No point in having customer service if they dont help

I've been using Aniforte for years for my French bulldog, who has allergy problems. The food is of very good quality, delivery is very fast, I've never been disappointed. There's a large selection of canned food.

It's simple as easy to use the site and very well written out and good deals on the subscription monthly!

I was recommended the Aniforte Algae Oil and have only recently started including in my little terrier’s meals, so can’t make a comment on the effectiveness of the product itself. I can though, compliment the customer service I received when my package wasn’t delivered on time and went missing due to courier issues. The email response was prompt, professional and friendly, and a replacement was sent in the post immediately. What a pleasant change in this day and age. I’m a very happy customer.

I'm a big fan of Aniforte products, they are excellent quality, palatable and easy to use as a health boosting addition to my dogs' diet.

If you put an item in your basket and don’t check out, you will start getting unwanted phone calls asking why you didn’t check out.

Why I didn’t check out is really none of your business! Harassing customers isn’t a good business practice is it?

Unfortunately this has been a very disappointing experience from start to finish.
My order was dispatched far later than the shipping times published on AniForte’s own website and there were no proactive updates explaining the delay. I had to keep contacting the company myself just to find out what was happening.
The customer service experience was equally confusing. I called the telephone number listed on the AniForte website, only to be told that I had reached their sister company Nutra Raw. The person who answered said they did not even know why their number was listed on the AniForte website.
Eventually AniForte confirmed that one item was out of stock and said a refund would be processed. The rest of the order did arrive, but the refund still has not been resolved. I have since had to chase repeatedly, despite confirming that there is no issue with our PayPal account and that we have received other PayPal refunds without any problem.
What has been most disappointing is the lack of initiative. At no point did I feel that anyone was taking ownership of the issue or trying to offer a practical solution. Instead each response simply seems to lead to another round of waiting and chasing.
All of this is over a tiny refund amount, but why should a company simply keep money for an item it did not supply?
The amount still outstanding is very small, but that is not really the point. Customers should not have to spend this much time pursuing a company over an order, a missing item and a promised refund.
Sadly based on this experience I would not feel confident ordering from AniForte again.
UPDATE: All sorted in the end. We have agreed on a replacement product.

The dosage is not clear on the initial advertising and I ordered far more than I need. The dosage on the tub is 0.5g per 10kg of dog. I don’t know yet how effective it is as the dog hasn’t had much yet.

It's been nearly 10 days since I purchased my supplements and I've had no update since on where my order is. All I know is that it's on its way but it's said that for over a week now. I've contacted via email and havent heard anything yet

Reliable quality products: Just purchased Green Lipped Muscles for my dog again and she loves it. Looking very healthy and happy.

I ordered. They delivered successfully and promptly. What arrived was exactly what I ordered.

I think the product was good the postage was swift however it was disappointing to be forced into a subscription when I just wanted a one-off product other than that all good.
