My wooden front door and frame had collapsed and rotted due to 30 years of Blackburn weather so l called Anglian. The man who came to advise me Steve was really friendly and we talked about allsorts. He calmly took me through my options and with little fuss l made my choices of composite door colour and frame colour. I paid 25% deposit and straightaway an acknowledgement of the money was sent to my email. Everything was extremely organized. When the Anglian surveyor John came to measure up and take photos shortly after again he was very pleasant and approachable and l have never seen anyone as good with a tape measure...he used it like a wand!Again we chatted about allsorts not just my new door and windows which l liked. Finally my installer Kev turned up for the job which he described as a bit of a nightmare at first because all my house has hardwood frames etc to me married with my new ruby red composite door and sturdy dark wood UPVC frames and double glazed glass. Kev worked by himself tirelessly, methodically and professionally. I watched him work practically the whole time we chatted he explained what he was doing. My job was a challenge,Kev cleaned as he worked, and now the front of my house looks absolutely amazing and the colour match to the dark wood on the rest of my house is uncanny! A difficult job extremely well done by a personable perfectionist. I would highly recommend Anglian to everyone and for me try to get Kev!

The service we received from our fitter Tony was just what we needed he put out himself out to meet all of our needs
The various surveyors we had visit were both helpful and kind.
Some attention needs to be done about addresses to send cheques too as ours was lost in the post room at Norwich.

27 windows and 3 doors fitted in 7 days by Nick and Lee, their work ethic, communication and cleanliness was exemplary, nothing was too much to ask.
Good to see tradesmen that care about the job they do.

We've just had our new magnificent Orangery built by Anglian Home , to replace our old Conservatory . They did a superb job , from start to finish-- We're so very pleased we chose Anglian Home to have it done.
The Ground crew , led by Scott, always arrived to begin work at 8 a.m.every morning,come rain or shine , and completed their work quickly.
The main structure presented some difficulties , because of the complexity of our bungalow roof, which had already been extended. However , Mitch and Tony successfully found the answer and completed the roof/canopy to produce a wonderful panorama.
We can't stress enough the excellent workmanship of Mitch and Tony- nothing was too much trouble for them. They completed their tasks with good humour and ease.
In conclusion , we would highly recommend Anglian Home .

Ordered 3 replacement bathroom windows and a bi-fold door to replace a sliding one. Warned of long lead in time, but all arrived much sooner than expected - especially the bi-fold door (ready in October, not January!)
Scaffolding arrived day before installation and all went to plan - no mess, no fuss.
Day 1- Fitter (Vinny) arrived in plenty of time and got to work on removing the 3 windows. This was a major job as the windows were original and fitted into the building. Once out, Vinny then fitted the replacements really quickly and did a brilliant job. Great preparation (dust mats, clearance, covers etc.) and clear up meant that apart from the new windows you wouldn't have known he had been there. Windows look amazing, especially the additional finishing to make it look like they had always been there.
Day 2 - Vinny arrived as advised and promptly set about prepping everything as the day before. This time the sliding door came out easily and Vinny removed a layer of bricks to remove the 'step' that had always been annoying in the original doors. Although the fitting was much more difficult (bi-fold doors just are.) Vinny finished everything brilliantly and in the allowed time that had been advised. Again - finishing was really good. We had expected to be left with a gap between the door and carpet following installation, but again it would have been hard to tell the door hadn't been there all the time.
Windows and bi-fold door look great and we're really pleased with the quality and look of them. Well done Anglia, but thanks to Vinny for such an amazing job!

When the workmen arrived to fit the windows/door, they were pleasant and efficient and the degree of their skill was self-evident in the finished product.
However, one cannot extend this praise to the Management/Sales side of the business, as whilst I was promised, at the outset on the Sales Contract, an 8 to 10 weeks delivery period. In the event this was 20 weeks and then only after several phone calls and threats to cancel and take business elsewhere.

I am very pleased with the window that has now been fitted. Steven May , a lovely person very friendly and extremely capable. He made the whole experience a pleasant one and the job was overseen by Dave Rhodes who ensured customer satisfaction.

Very pleased with the quality of the new Facias, Soffits and gutters installed by Simon and Jake. There was minimal disruption to our daily routine and when they left each day the areas of work were left clean and tidy.
Would recommend this product and installation as very proffesional.

Ordered a new front door assembly a few weeks ago which was delivered and installed last Monday. The initial survey was carried out and the chance to choose options was made easy. The eight week estimated delivery time was spot on. The two installers arrived on time and commenced to take down the existing door. The installers were very friendly and professional. The installation was more complex than first thought but as each problem evolved, options to solve the issues were explained in full to me and decisions made. The finished job very professional and I was fully satisfied with the workmanship. Thank you Anglianhome.

We badly needed new front and back doors and I was sceptical about choosing a composite door. The Anglia salesperson (Stanley) listened well and guess what? I chose composite doors!
They were fitted by efficient, friendly and skilled people and they look fabulous. Really secure, good looking doors.

Conservatory doors did not close easily. The engineer
replaced the hinges and did a splendid job. The double
doors were very heavy and had to be removed and put
back.Also another door leading into the conservatory
needed adjustment. The engineer, Andy Edew,with did it all quickly and with a minimum of fuss.A pleasant
fellow.
