Like the last review, was the only place I could find what I needed after a lengthy google search & phone around for the wing mirror cover I required. Easy transaction, the part as described, great communication & was delivered in a couple of days. I will definitely look here first when required to find other parts in the future.

My side mirror cover was stolen on the 4/01/23, I searched online and found this company online and made a purchase on 5/01/23, i made a mistake on the order about what side i wanted for the side mirror cover but i emailed the company 2 minutes after i made the purchase to let them know the side i needed for the wing mirror cover.The company emailed me the next day letting me know that they had ackowledged the messgae. I waited for about 1 and half weeks before i emailed the company. They apologised and said they would contact the courier. I waited another couple of days but i didnt hear anything so i emailed the company again, they sent out another package but it was the wrong side and not the right colour for my car. But this point, i had waited over 2 weeks so my patience was running quite thin as this point. The company told me that until i send back the first one they were not going to send another one out to me though they were the one that got it wrong.
Once i had confirmed with them that if i send the package back they will need to reimburse me for postage, i sent the package 2 days later on 28/01/23, i also emailed them later that day to let them know that i had sent the package. They emailed me back a day later acknowledging my email. Bare in mind i made the first purchase on 5/01/23 and it is now 28/01/23, they have my money but i still have no package. Once 4 days had passed i emailed the company to ask if they could confirm that they have recieved the package. I never heard from the company again. I couldn't believe it, especially as i had seriously given them the benefit of the doubt with regards to how long i waited before i started communication. Thank God i made the purchase through PAYPAL so i went to paypal and the refunded my money within 24 hours. THEN on 22/02/23 i receieved and email from the company asking if i had sent the package back as they got an request for a refund from paypal. i just thought.. "the cheek of these people".
I would also like to point out that the communication was very up and down, sometimes they would reply quite well but most times they would take days to reply it was soooooo frustrating or when i woukd ring up noone answered the phone.

Then i tried to order the wing side mirror cover from a company from ebay, turns out that this company was the same as the one on ebay.. they had just deceitful disgusied their name as something different. I then went through a very very similar situation with the "different" company on ebay where i order the package, they took my money, there was issues with delievery and i never receieved the package.

I wish i would have read the reviews for this company....or else there would have been NO WAY i would have ordered from them.

My advice, read the reviews before you make a purchase and if you make a purchase never use a debit card, use PAYPAL or a credit card just to save your back!

Only place I could find what I needed! Ordered and waited a while, contacted seller and discussed, he advised it was the carrier. All throughout we had excellent communication and a replacement was sent swiftly. I would highly recommend this seller. Thank you Andy for your help and excellent service 👍🏼

Ordered a part for my wing mirror cover. Had a query so emailed and got a prompt reply straight away with insightful service. Received my wing mirror cover and is as perfect as the one that come originally with my car. Will definitely be using Andy Autoparts again if I need a part for my car because of their great and affordable prices.

Save yourself the headache. The guy is a TOTAL SCAMMER. I ordered my product in August, and it seemed weird because the PayPal account was called u-design boutique gifts (see other reviewers with similar stories). It was 4-5 months of "we are having supply issues" or "I will send another one out". When I asked my refund, he would ignore me. NO TRACKING NUMBER ever provided.

This was genuinely my first time of being scammed shopping online. He claims to be an honest hardworking man, but it's total BS. Spread the word. Make sure you are protected via PayPal or a Credit Card.

He will try ware you down and hope that you don't get the refund.

Delivery was slower than expected. Reading other reviews he seems to have recurring issues with his courier.
However communication was excellent and I received the described part.
I would use this company again.

Ordered a part on a Tuesday and paid for express delivery. Chased on Friday and was told it had been despatched. Chased again the following Thursday and was told that another would be sent. That was despatched on the following Monday and arrived Tuesday.
Comms were good and I suspect we were let down by a carrier. I was disappointed that there was no tracking info on an express delivery.
The part was as promised and has done what it needed to!

After placing my order with Andy's Autoparts, the Paypal receipt stated a different company. I immediately contacted Andy's Autoparts to get confirmation of my order and assurance that I would receive the parts. The response was quick and so was the delivery. Now I know this is NOT a dodgy website I would happily order from it again.

I ordered a part for my Vauxhall Insignia, it arrived on time and was exactly what I ordered I would have no hesitation in recommending Andy's Auto Parts.

If I could give zero stars I would. I originally ordered a part in mid November last year, after waiting a week with no confirmation email or sign off the part I contacted the company. They told me they had sent me an email asking for a picture of the part I needed, I never received that email. I provided this and further information and waited another week with no sign of the part. I emailed again and was told they'd look into it with the delivery company. Another week later and still no item and no proof of postage. Finally, a month after I placed my order I requested a refund, no reply until I sent another email later that week. Was told this would be processed. I contacted them again 3 weeks later as still no refund. It was finally sent from some strange PayPal account. Absolute waste of time and energy.

I was a bit dubious having not heard of this company before but Andy's was the only place I could find a wing mirror cover in the colour I needed for my Citroen. Reasonable price and quick to respond to emails. The part is spot-on and I could smell the fresh paint as I opened the box. Great finish! It would be helpful if I'd received an automated confirmation email confirming what I had ordered just for peace of mind but otherwise I'm happy and would use again.

Due to delivery companies being overloaded, (Christmas) I didn't get my order when expected.
Messaged andys autoparts, and he chased up the delivery company, who delivered my part.

Needed a part for my citroen c4 picasso, Andys store was the only place I could find it at a decent price. Found the part needed nearby where it got knocked off, so had to cancel the order. But the professionalism and customer care was 2nd to none when I explained the situation. Would highly recommend.
