Ordered a painted mirror cap and an indicator lense. Delivery wasn’t the quickest but Andy’s were good to answer my enquiry. Parts fitted perfectly even though I was expecting few problems being non OE parts and the Ford deep impact blue matched more than well enough. All things considered these prices are much more favourable than dealer prices so would recommend all day long.

When looking for a wing mirror I asked a few questions and they were answered quickly. I ordered the item but delivery didn't happen as expected but when I asked about where it was, again they responded quickly stating that they would resolve the issue, which they have done in a timely manner. The item is now fitted and meets my requirements exactly.

Ordered a mirror, never arrived. Wished I read these reviews first he is famous for taking money and never sending the goods. Looking at fraud through the police or county court judgement to recover money back!

Andy's Autoparts supplied a wing mirror cover which was a perfect match for my grey pearl effect Audi. Delivery problems were sorted promptly when notified and the part is good value for money. Highly recommended.

I finally found the perfect replacement mirror cap in an unusual colour at Andy’s. It took a while to arrive but likely this was the courier rather than the seller - maybe give the buyer the tracking number so you don’t get so many queries about delivery? Great communication though, even at evening/weekend. Would buy from you again.

Although due to postage issues item was late. I was kept up to date with progress of tracking it down and instant replies when I reached out.
I was offered a second replacement but waited till first one arrived and item exactly as advertised and fit perfectly.

The delivery delayed due to their uncontrollable circumstances. However, they kept being quite attentive and offered a terrific support, not to mention the quality of the goods they sell.

Good service let down by poor DPD delivery in my area! Bought a wing mirror cover. Good colour match and fits really well. Few issues with delivery but communication with seller very good. After a bit of chasing by them managed to get my order.

It has been 5 weeks and still no order received. No track and trace and a lot of excuses. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend.
