She took me through everything and was understanding and helpful especially as I suffer from anxiety.
Anita helped me pick a car that was suitable for my progressive rheumatoid arthritis.
Checking I was able to get in and out easily and that I understood driving an automatic car. I always drove a manual before.
I cannot state how great Anita was to me.
If I could give her a million stars I would in a heartbeat.

MG Main Dealer 1st Service
Booked the service online, and within two days, I received a follow-up call to confirm. Dropping off the car was straightforward, and booking in was handled smoothly. I was kept informed throughout and notified when the car was ready for collection. Picking it up went without any problems, and all paperwork was provided. My only small observation is that previous dealerships I’ve used cleaned the car before returning it, which wasn’t done here despite being a main dealer.

Grossly disappointed with the sale…
Grossly disappointed with the sale service. I was immediately withdrawn the feedback link because they are aware of the dissatisfaction. Important information was withheld from the sale, only found out after I sign the papers. I felt tricked into buying a car, with different specifications. No letter of apology. Very much disappointed with the management.

It was nice that Edward Suares reintroduced himself after several years, and his promotion seems well-deserved. However, the showroom seating could be more comfortable during longer visits.
