Order came in earlier than expected. Products are nice and not damaged! Happy customer

worst customer service ever. they losted my first order and send me another one and so far so good. when both of them arrive I notify them and they without telling me anything try to contact the courier to have the package sent back, too bad it has already been delivered and I have already opened it. they tell me to send everything back and I tell them it's okay, but they fraudulently try to make me pay the courier. after a long time I convince them to start the return procedure themselves. today I delivered the items to the courier, I hope I no longer have to deal with them. Cringe. I have already sent the order back because I am a correct person. but a thank you would have been appreciated! if what you say is true I invite you to cancel the return yourself as I cannot do it. in that case I will update my review. They answered me in private and I really didn't expect it, they made me feel important. I hope the next purchase will go better, see you soon.

I received a damaged liquid lipstick and when I emailed the customer services they were beyond amazing. After showing photos and video of the product they offered me a replacement with no hesitation. I was glad to know that I would receive another replacement without losing my money. I will continue purchasing their products as always.

One of the products came broken, I emailed them and sent pictures attached. They replied quickly and are sending me a replacement. Very happy as it was good customer service and everything was solved quickly:)

I had the best expierience ever! I ordered a lot and the one thing came damaged, so i wrote an email to the customer service. I sent them pictures and they were so great and friendly. They solve my problem and I am very happy. The nicest customer service ever!
Thank you so much! I love it

Anastasia Beverly Hills products are the best!

So glad to be able to get them in such an efficient manner during Covid-19 Pandemic. Super quality and value for money - especially if you were able to avail of their Black Friday Sale.
Excellent customer service too - can't recommend their website highly enough

I am based in the UK and recently tried to order a number of items on the ABH US website for sending internationally to the U.K. Initially my order was placeD but had the wrong country in the delivery address which was promptly amended by ABH. Then my order was subsequently cancelled by ABH (no explanation given). I tried to place another order but when I select my address from the address finder it allows me to click it but doesn’t put in the U.K. and I am then unable to select the United Kingdom from their drop down list of countries as it doesn't appear. So I cannot place the order. There are products available on the US website which aren’t available in the U.K. Customer service did respond promptly but ultimately said I cannot order from their US Website, only their U.K. website. Unhappy. It is strange as I ordered previously from their US website over the summer and received the order in the U.K., but now I cannot order from ABH in the same way.

I ordered brow products from ABH and was told it was delivered to my address by UPS but I never received the parcel. I tried to contact ABH through their website where you have to fill in a form, I have done this 3x but all I get is an automated response email. There is no other way to contact them, not even a phone number to get speaking to an agent. My issue has still not been resolved. I had high expectations from this company but obviously they have let me down.

Great shopping experience as I received my order without any issues but I didn't receive any email updates regarding my order status and I wasn't bothered as my order came out the blue and it was soo quick.

Anastasia Beverly Hills sent me missing 2 items, but instead of sending me back those products, they forced me to repurchase myself even though it's not my fault. This is my first time buying from them, will they miss my item at the next time? I am extremely disappointed, hurt of ABH. Anyway, thank you ABH's customer service department for the promptness even though I'm not satisfied with their resolution.

Livraison super rapide qui a été passer le lundi, le vendredi de la même semaine j’ai reçu mon colis en Martinique

Sent customer service a frantic message and received a reply within 10 minutes - so impressed and super grateful. Thank you ABH!

Bought a pomade in ebony lately and found out that the texture is not the same... it seems like the texture became more transparent and I can not make proper hair strokes any more... I thought, hmm maybe i need to give it sometime but I am using it for a few months now and it is a struggle for me every day...

A wonderful brand of wonderful product and after sales service I have never seen its super fast and kind I recommend
