Amazonappeal is the best site on the internet for getting Amazon accounts re-instated. That is real specialists and definitely not beginners. Never EVER take a No from Amazon

Never EVER take a No from Amazon, this people will take care of you and turn a no in to a Yes. Very knowledgeable and supportive, hands down the best $199 I have ever paid for any service. I would recommend them all the day long.

David helped me to go thru amazon …

David helped me to go thru amazon suspension successfully after few more trials with back and forth.
He emailed me within 12-24hours many times and he def knows what he is doing. Just listen to his words and follow the instruction.
you have to be patient (I know it is very hard, but he will reply back via email, don't worry)
Meanwhile I also have contacted with many other amazon appeal experts companies and found out that they do not have any or few feedback on Trust Pilot reviews, Not like Amazonappeal.com
And they are more expensive and seems like they just want my business.
One thing I hope David should do for better for a customer service would be send email with more specific words. sometimes it is hard to catch on his short email.
anyway my amazon account is reinstated and now I have to work really hard to get back into good standing account status.

Read this honest review and rethink if you can tackle the appeal yourself

** You may not even find this review because Amazon Appeal has it set where it automatically only shows the 4 and 5 star reviews when you click to check out their review rating. You have to manually filter it to show all reviews (including 1,2,3 stars)**

The initial turn time was 48 business hours and not 48 clock hours because we ordered at the end of the week and received the initial response at the beginning of the next week. So know that it's business hours that are being advertised.

Our situation was difficult and we knew it was going to be an uphill battle, but we were never consulted or advised by Amazon Appeal that there is a slim chance of their creative email working. We copied their email and submitted it. Amazon requested receipts and so we asked Amazon Appeal what to do from there. Their response times after the initial email to us was slow and not urgent. They also were not supportive or reassuring which you think for a service that starts at $399 for an email that you would get on the ball responses. So basically, they made $399 for putting together an email that probably took about 5-10 minutes to put together.

We ended up going at it with Amazon back and forth probably 10 times at least. We did this on our own and did not use Amazon Appeal for any further help besides the initial copy/paste email they gave us to send in. Amazon kept asking the same stuff over and over and they didn't want any fluff emails like the one this service provided. Once we were upfront and took time to really dig and see where we messed up that got us suspended, Amazon finally reinstated us.

If you have any writing skillsets and some common sense and have the ability to communicate in writing, there is no need to hire this service. Just be prepared to be diligent and hang on for the crazy ride back and forth with Amazon. I don't see that you stand any better chance by using this service unless you are not capable of communicating in writing. If that is the case, this service is for you, but be aware that they do not respond immediately or fast.

Bottom line, we chose to use this service and paid them the charge and we regret it, but this was the first time ever having to deal with this situation and after reading through forums online, it is always suggested to have someone help you with the suspension appeal letter. It's really not as bad as you think if you can admit your wrongs, where you messed up and give a solid real plan of action that you have taken to make it right. Be prepared to send multiple emails and answers to the same questions over and over.

They may do not response your email within 24 hours, Be patient. Fortunately, they are professional ,we have good experiences with them. Our amazon account reinstated within 8 days.Thank you.

I've spent almost four months trying to …

I've spent almost four months trying to work with this company. At first they were quick to respond, then it went to they'd respond eventually, and now they will not follow up with me at all. Little to no overall progress was made. While I do not doubt they know how to take care of suspensions, if they will not reply to their customers progress will not be made. I've been as patient as long as I can. This is absolutely not the level of service I expected for $299.

Account reinstated within 24 hours

Like any seller, I was dismayed when Amazon suspended my account for nit picky little issues. I was selling a lot and had great feedback. I had no idea what to do. Amazonappeal was unbelievable, I received my letter within 12 hours, and Amazon ate it up. He knows exactly what Amazon wants to hear, and, believe me, it is not at all what I would have written. Left to my own devices, I would have totally blown my chance for reinstatement. After Amazonappeal's letter, Amazon reinstated me, no questions asked. I can't thank you enough! Again, just unbelievable and well worth the small fee.

Quick, honest, efficient service - THANKS!

David assisted me in appealing to Amazon for my selling account to be reinstated. I made the effort to give a conclusive overview of the reasons for suspension (which I'd strongly advise) and from that David was able to create a strong plan of action. The turnaround was pretty good, in line with the expectation and submission to Amazon promptly followed. After an immediate response from Amazon confirming the receipt of my appeal, I allowed Amazon a further 10 days before sending a gentle reminder for an update. Shortly after my account was reinstated and I am very grateful for Davids help. Thank you so much!
